    :(
Unfortunately the manager told me that they had contacted Asda House and they confirmed my local's decision..:(:(

However, it has been an amazing ride for the last three or four years and I have made/saved thousands..:beer:

I suspect your report this evening is making a few of the Elite (me included!) nervous of using APGs. Where many of us are on first name terms (or if not by name, are "known" to/recognised by staff to say hello to, due to how often we visit and how we shop), it is possibly only a matter of time until we see more reports like yours.

I probably do myself no favours when I can have up to five similar (or indeed different) shops on the conveyor at one time, depending on what is glitching or even matching "normal" shops out against competitors.

Fortunately I have a few stores nearby, though understandably I still tend to use the nearer stores more than most.

A member of staff also told me what TS is saying and we are about 150 miles apart

I would imagine it just goes on actual cash flow through each store as to how the profits are worked out.

I could understand if this was based on SEL errors etc - like in T the DTD is generally as a result of staff errors and in A the £2 giftcard is as a result of SEL errors (generally!). However, APG vouchers are as a result of their prices being more than a competitor (bar a few glitchy errors here or there ;)) so it would be a little unfair if redeeming vouchers legitimately had a negative impact on staff and would cause troutings/poor customer service.

TS`s comment is correct.a good friend of mine has worked for asda for a long time and knows all about my shopping habits.she told me years ago that the apg`s affect their bonus.she`s still my friend tho.:D:rotfl:

SFSB, sorry to hear the news :( Thanks for all the test shops/heads-ups/failed shops you've reported

Here's hoping that A goes the way of T and lets you use your instore APG online!

    Evening elite :)

Apologies for being AWOL the past couple of weeks. Nothing sinister, just busy. I am missing you all and the glitching. Hopefully will keep up from here on out.

    Welcome back!

... ah well, I have enough handwash now anyway :D.

Hope you manage to get things sorted and in the meantime - get the HD bug instead of shopping instore!! I love my £1 deliveries! xx
