    Evening elite :)

Apologies for being AWOL the past couple of weeks. Nothing sinister, just busy. I am missing you all and the glitching. Hopefully will keep up from here on out. SFSB you must be gutted. So sorry to read this, especially considering how much you give so we can all benefit. If anyone doesn't deserve it :/

I hope you can find another store or perhaps get Sada to reconsider x

  • hi everyone, up until Sat I used Andi123 as my username, but I really don't understand what. Is going on, it think my last post was Sat pm to say. Both safari and chrome were now on new system, since then this forum has gone all white. I was asked to log on here but it wouldn't accept my password so I emailed requesting a reminder about 6 times but heard nothing, so I'm starting over, any ideas how to get back to the old forum style please. btw I use I pad:money:

As far as I am aware (from someone I know that works there) the staff bonuses are on store performance so if one store has been hit hard with APG's less profit less bonus. Which is maybe why some SA's don't like us using lots of APGs. Can't blame them really.

I could understand if this was based on SEL errors etc - like in T the DTD is generally as a result of staff errors and in A the £2 giftcard is as a result of SEL errors (generally!). However, APG vouchers are as a result of their prices being more than a competitor (bar a few glitchy errors here or there ;)) so it would be a little unfair if redeeming vouchers legitimately had a negative impact on staff and would cause troutings/poor customer service.

A member of staff also told me what TS is saying and we are about 150 miles apart

You are right Anon, but there are so many things in life that are unfair.

Whether the info I was told is accurate I have no idea.

    Re new APg site
I think some of the prices are wrong (not in a good glitchy way)
From a womble today, dated today
    this item : 1x Dove Original Aerosol Anti-Perspirant Deodorant (250ML) £1.80
Charge £2 on receipt, its £2 in store and on a.com/msm but apg says £1.80 at sada
Its no help for anything but just thought I'd share that the new apg is getting prices wrong (has already been mentioned just highlighting again)

You sure your receipt doesn't have a 10% staff discount at the bottom of it?

Sorry to hear of your "minor setback", my advice? Keep a low profile and do some training of friends.

I had a major trouting a few months ago (accused of duplication, which I was'nt), luckily I have a choice of a few other stores, so I spread myself around.
