As far as I am aware (from someone I know that works there) the staff bonuses are on store performance so if one store has been hit hard with APG's less profit less bonus. Which is maybe why some SA's don't like us using lots of APGs. Can't blame them really.

Thanks for all the glitches you have found for us.After your lovely post last week where you said you liked to help others.It is a real shame.I have had a sa say to me"Its the lady with the vouchers".Since then I have avoided her like the plague.

I could understand if this was based on SEL errors etc - like in T the DTD is generally as a result of staff errors and in A the £2 giftcard is as a result of SEL errors (generally!). However, APG vouchers are as a result of their prices being more than a competitor (bar a few glitchy errors here or there ) so it would be a little unfair if redeeming vouchers legitimately had a negative impact on staff and would cause troutings/poor customer service.
