Ask to be put through to national insurance department. See if they can help you. I spoke to them and they lifted the restriction on my rebate then gave me the number for repayment department who released the payment. They couldn't do this until the bar was lifted hence why every time I requested it went back to request a payment. I've since been sent a cheque which is in my bank to clear any day now0 -
Just been told that mine has left security checks and is now gone to administrator/manager to be checked, does anyone know what that means please?0

That sounds like further checks or investigation! I haven't been told much clear information about mine apart from its at a enquiry centre! Can't speak to anyone on that team though!0 -

Quite soon after it went to cheque issued which means they've sent it out. But, we had a postal strike and a bank holiday so it will clear this week sometime. 2 weeks in total it will take0 -

Hi mine was pending for 6 weeks and now it's saying request a repayment again, would anyone be able to tell me why this has happened please?0

mine kept doing that as there was a block on the account, which i had to get lifted by ringing them and then they passed me through to the compliance department, where i had to explain to them why i ticked the wrong box..... honest mistake and no penalty given, but in all took about a month for the issue to be resolved from the first phone call...... about 10 phone calls in total but i had a direct number to call them on which they gave me so no waiting in a cue and they were extremely helpful
hope this helps but everybody's situation is different so until you make a call and find out whats going on anybody's suggestion would just be a guess
have yourself a fine day and hope it gets sorted soon for you0 -
I was told my payment would be released by the 1st of June. It wasn't so I called them today and was told because it was for a large sum it had gone for "further security checks" and that she was going to chase this up for me by email as I should have the money by now. I can only hope and wait. If there's no news by Friday I'm calling them..........again.0
