No, the £7 isn't taxed at source, but tax may be payable on it and if you look back through this thread you will learn the detail of what we think needs to be done.

Yes. when you are logged in, look to the top right hand side of the screen. Your name is shown there, along with the logout button. Immediately beneath that there is a very small blue arrow, contained with the box where your name is. Click on it and it will open up a raft of sub headings, one of which is "My Preferences" and sub to that "Manage statements and summaries".

Wow Barclay's have really screwed up my account. I have two profiles online now. I need a manager to merge them then I need to ring tech support. Lovely girl in the branch though.

Ha ha..... I was on the new, fandangle, website. It came up automatically when I logged in this morning and hadn't a clue what I was doing... nothing was working properly and everything was different (I was completely out of my comfort zone)
I have just found a link to switch back to the old site and I feel much happier now and know where everything is.... I can open the searched posts and will peruse them at my leisure.....
