Back home
Washing in and another load out
Daffs deadheaded
dusty I'm still doing my normal job but have a different one in tandem to it, I'd been offered a few extra hours alongside my normal job and did that for two days then something happened and a space needed filling quickly so I got headhunted. I'm fully aware that as soon as someone with qualifications comes along I'll be demoted back to usual job plus few extra hours but I've really enjoyed today, it was challenging and I've been thrown in at the deep end but so far I'm swimming. It's all at the same place so no extra travelling.
Sun is lovely so as temping as knitting in the garden is I'm going to be good and set the ironing board up and do a HHC of that. But first a well earned cuppa!
CCP take your time and have breaks or you'll wear yourself out and get demotivated and be less likely to keep it up.
Pigpen what a scary thing that must have been to wake up too (brilliant photo but very scary, hope no one was hurt and fire was quickly contained.
Hope all are well
Lynne, hope you are being good and resting your footSPC~12 ot 124

Shower room sparkly, superking finally turned around, WMx1 out on the line, middle layer sydoned. I'm still a bit shell-shocked I'm afraid, so although I've read the thread I'm not really sure I've taken very much in, except the horribly scary fire, Pigpen.Better is good enough.0

Hi all
Well done Mrs MP a challenge is good sometimes.
Just about to go on taxi duty. DS2 has to be half an hour away for footie, then needs picking up again so its hardly worth coming home. I may sit in the car with my kindle.
Bits of flying done today, nothing drastic. Its a lovely evening so washing is out. Right better get the car keys.0 -
Right, done - or at least as done as I have the energy for today! There are still quite a few jobs that would benefit from being done, but I just can't face any more cleaning tonight!
Not entirely intentionally, I have also done some of Wednesday's flying:
Level One
Cleaned the floor in the bathroom
De-grotted the loo/bath/sink
Level Two
Changed towels
I'm now going to go and drink a well-deserved cold beer and play with my virtual farm (I'm a Farmviller) - at least the work there only involves clicking a mouse and letting my avatar get on with it!
Back after a very long break!0 -

Evening flyers. Hope you're feeling back to normal soon HB and we get to read your long posts again.
Piggers - heard about the fire on the local radio this morning. Didn't appreciate just how bad it was though until I saw your pic.
Welcome any newbies.
Only dailies and paid stuff done here today. I have an early start tomorrow and flylady meet on Friday followed by a whole weekend with DH around, so I think that may be it for flying for me this week.
See you all in the morning.Spend less now, work less later.0 -

Evening all
Not sure where today has gone
WM1 done and dried and school blazer washed
Took DS2 out driving, got him to drive up to the hospital for my bloods to be done, he is fine so happy for him to potter about in the car.
Took DS3 to cricket practice, first outside one, like you YL it is a good distance, 40 minutes away so no point coming home, I surfed and looked at a magazine, I need to remember how to knit.
Made dairyfree muffins with homegrown rhubarb, delicious.
Going to wash up now whilst DS3 is in the bath and then call it a day, I'm tired so as my bloods have now been done back on the supplements for me.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
after no sleep at all last night (due to being in the spare room on a sofa bed and my feet being too cold) I am glad to say that my new bed has arrived, been built, had bedclothes put on and is now beckoning me LOL
Yesterday I did everything on my list
Hooray
Today I have
1)WMx1 pegged out latish now finishing off on the clothes horse, 1 more load in the basket to be pegged out tomorrow morning and 1 more in the washer now
2) helped OH build and then 'make' the new bed
3a) said goodbye and thank you to the old car and collected a new car
3b) cooked tea
3)c loaded DW
4) driven OH over to collect some things from a friend (in my shiny new car!!)
That's quite enough for today!! I now NEED to go to bed!Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -
