Definitely, dd1 and 2 used to eat far too many sweets, they used to expect them every time they did anything - at 20p a pop they were readily affordable and available. When ex left I banned them and they don't miss them. Dentist much happier tooHOME

Good news from broker, they have found me a lender willing to take me on.
Meeting shortly to make a full application.
Going house hunting tomorrow with ex, he's desperate for his own place, but can't until he's off my mortgage. Hoping it will be speedy this time. I originally tried with halifax in April but I'm still awaiting underwriters decision, which is why I went to a broker in the first place.HOME

Great day out at filey with the kids, I absolutely adore filey. Shame it was a four hour round trip, but so worth it. £15 spends. Girls had a great time in the outdoor swimming pool on the front, spent loads of time just digging in the sand.
Jobs for tomorrow- phone broker to ask about lender and rate- so excited to have a product forgot to ask duh
- check leasehold charges on exes new place
- check out current accounts, need a cheque book account
- try and get a santander account to pay my childcare due to extortionate bacs fees im having to pay them in cash to the providers account
- research groupon as meeting a friend for tea
- plan cheap, traditional party for dd3

Hope ex likes one of the flats we are seeing tomorrow, as he missed out on a dirt cheap house in April because I couldn't find a lender to let me take over his half of the house.
He lo?st quite a lot on legal fees, valuation fees, mortgage broker fees as it was looking like we'd be able to transfer the house to me, leaving him to buy elsewhere, but after some really rubbish service from halifax and really poor advice it never happened.
The broker sorting my new mortgage is also sorting exes on his new place, so he's really on the ball with us. Well from his point of view its two lots of commission. Ironically it looks like ex is getting his new mortgage from halifax.HOME

Hi summer day
Thanks for stopping by, the Saturday job I really quite like. It's in a big supermarket in the middle of a counci estate, some days it really is like an episode of shameless or Jeremy Kyle, but there's a real solidarity about the people who live there and I'm really fond of most of our customers.
I would prefer to spend Saturdays at home, but its not meant to be at the mo.HOME

Hi mortgage girl, alu, DFOD,
Good news from broker, they have an agreement in principle from NatWest. Choice of products ranging from 2 years to five years. Interest rates vary from 1.34 to 2.84% so need to go through those.
Meeting to make full application next week on Tuesday 25.8.15. Hoping this is the start of a new chapter.HOME
