Good news from broker, they have an agreement in principle from NatWest. Choice of products ranging from 2 years to five years. Interest rates vary from 1.34 to 2.84% so need to go through those.
Meeting to make full application next week on Tuesday 25.8.15. Hoping this is the start of a new chapter.
Yes :T good rates too. Not too long to Tuesday either
DS likes the Ald! version of Magnums...I pretend they're out of stock far too often :rotfl:Back on the DFW Wagon:

Try the American peanut Aldi magnums. Absolutely lovely. We tend to buy the pack of mini ones from Aldi as they are a nice treat in the summer.1

Just dug out my annual mortgage statement as NatWest have requested it as part of my application.
My daily interest is £6 a day, when I started as a mfw it was £25.70 a day - the ops have definitely helped
It was the shocking daily interest that prompted me to start this journey. When I got the illustration that I'd borrow £143,000 over 30 years at 5.99 - but pay back £165,000 I thought that's not for me. I'm not perfect though it took me three years to do anything about it.HOME

£25.70 to £6 is just awesome and you must be chuffed.
Such good news on the mortgage rates as well - Tuesday will soon be here as well.
I still do my shopping at Mr T as having it delivered is a godsend for me, but I do wonder how much I would save if I went to @ldi or liddle..we only have lidl actually and it would take 2/3 hours to do the shop as it's an hour round trip.. plus the time spent to do the shop and i'm fatal in a food shop and can never stick to the budget.
Have a lovely day whatever you are up to.. hope it's dry where you are!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

DFOD - if you do manage to switch to aldi or lidl i think you'l be surprised at the food quality as well. We were amazed when we took the plunge, In truth we only did it as they opened a new one 5mins away and we got 4 weeks worth of £5 off vouchers!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......1

I find the fish, fruit and veg great at aldi. Don't really buy any meat as I don't like the taste, apart from chicken breasts.
I love the fact that aldis are generally small stores which I can get round in 30 mins, used to take 90 at my old asda superstore.HOME
