They don't need to be pulled to leave people disfigured. Have you seen ears when those "polos" have been removed?!

Hi, Are you using your SAD lamp!!! Definitely the time to try it. Also try to get outside a little in the daylight, even if it's just a short walk in a lunch break. The last few days we've been out and about dismantling a freecycle Greenhouse and getting some free slabs too, despite the weather it definitely made us feel better. We do have a tendency to hibernate in the winter, so it was nice to see the difference.0

Can any of you recommend a SAD lamp? I think OH might benefit from one. I do agree that we both feel better when we manage to get out for a decent walk.Mortgage OP 2025 £6750/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

We've got daylight bulbs in a couple of rooms, which supposedly mimic normal daylight, they're far cheaper than SAD lamps which give an intensive blast of light. Might be worth a try first. We've got one as a main light in a room, but going to switch it to a lamp, as we don't want it on in the middle of the night and messing our body clocks up!!0
