Resolution for 2016 should be "be less bothered" for me.

I'd have exploded years ago if I hadn't done that ... priorities, thats whats slowly changing for me, I can't challenge everything. I'm still trying to take on board the lesson that I can't *do* everything either - when I manage that one, that's when I'll get well :o

Often think that with teenager re priorities - no point trying to control everything (and a bit freaky) so pick my battles carefully ;) my cousin's son is the same age and he was forcing him for a haircut, for the love of God it's his hair and if that's the only issue be thankful!:rotfl:

When I went to Wales last year it was great catching up with my brothers and sisters some of whom I hadn't seen for over 20 years

I was very close to one of my brothers throughout growing up and we remained close until life got in the way.

One of the things that we had in common was a desire to be off grid a desire to be self sufficient, my brother absorbed himself into this lifestyle and I often marvelled from the side lines at how well he managed to work that lifestyle into his being

When we caught up we realised we were both still very much like that ... we lead very different lives, and much as I adore him I could never live his life... but it's not about living his life it's about learning from each other

We both very much care for nutrition and how it affects our bodies ( he is a healthy slim man ... I am exceedingly overweight...think he managed much better than me )

He showed me around his home, he distills his own essential oils cold presses them ... roasts his own coffee and makes his own supplements... amongst many of the other things he does... my brother showed me how to make my own supplements and made it accessible to me

Today I finally got the chance to try it out... so so easy to do, so enjoyable to do healthier to do and will ultimately save me money ... money which will help us to be able to retire early... I have spent a fortune on supplements over the years as I am worried about about my health ... my brother has given me the freedom to meet that need at a much reduced cost

It's these small things which will help us reach our goals :)

You wouldn't be saying that if it was hair being cut in a Brazilian style...

    It burns longer lol

Oh no would never acquire that wood ... however, I have been known to pick up some of its acorns and replant them when out and about :)

Gotta keep the strain alive as much as possible :)

Not sure if they make it though lol
