Coming right up GG :) ... its from a butchers not too far from your old haunt as well :) they have a reputation around here for their sausage, takes me 20 mins to get there, I tend to pop in for them when i'm visiting aunty :)
My uncle used to have a butcher's shop. Used to cut me ham off the bone. Nom nom nom :D.

I'm watching Hamlet at the castle in the village where I used to live, now I love Shakespeare I really do, but this is awful ... I'm finding myself hoping the rain comes on really heavy so that it has to be abandoned

You're doing your stuff in the right way for you, El - I'm sure I remember Martin talking about *not* using an emergency stash of money sometimes - if you have an emergency, you can use credit cards, if they're available to you, and they *are* for you :)

Thats a lot of shopping in one go - but its a lot of protein too :):):) you've smoothed it out because of using a monthly total, but sometimes it needs to be longer than that - certainly, when I buy kilos of nuts and seeds from Healthy Supplies or whoever, my shopping totals bulge ominously :D tho of course I know *why* they bulge :p

Hope you're not in pain back at work :(

Finished uni placement, I am so relieved, it has been an experience I never want to repeat, but I am sure in future years I will look back and realise how much I have learned, sometimes the most important learning is how not to do things :)

Have nearly finished all the paper work and have my final interview for first year next week, so will be glad when all the boxes are ticked and I can move forward.

Money wise, well the food shopping has went so far out the window we cant even see it on the horizon, last week we went to the Asian supermarket in Glasgow and spent a fortune ( as you do ) I would love to have excuses but I just dont, I cant figure o ut why we are spending so much on food. Next month however I think I am going to try and put the food budget based on what we spent this month so will have some difficult decisions to make.

Had an x-ray last week on the shoulder so will hopefully get the results for that next week sometime, I am sure it's just calcified tendons ( which is what I have on the other side ) Have also decided to go to a podiatrist and see about the Plantar fasciitis might as well get that sorted as well.
