Yes I can tolerate both cold and fizzy drinks now
What I notice though is how dramatically I bloat on carbonated drinks drinks. Last night I had cold water ( I normally prefer not iced things but craving variety) with some lemon in it ).
I'll see if i can post a picture of the lemon.
