*unreasonable grumble alert*
I keep a record of passwords in the family addressbook. Over the last year OH has booked GP/Nurse appointments and ordered repeat prescriptions online. He has changed the password, not told me, not written it down ( entirely consistent with his behavoiur towards his own passwords) I am trying to order a prescription and book appts and cannot get in. I have all the time in the world so it can wait until tomorrow- he is shooting today and we are at the theatre tonight. It has irritated me though. I know it is me, not him. I needed to express my grumpiness here to save me from moaning at him later.
Why NP should witness my petty selfishness I don't know. Sorry.
*assurance that my sense of perspective mode is now restored*
A lot of browsers store passwords. Do you have access to the computer he normally uses?
By the way, I don't think that you are being unreasonable. The situation is frankly annoying and frustrating. You have a system, and your oh has changed it without discussion. Better that you moan to us than a man with a gun! Still, if this is the only annoying thing in your life at the moment, you're doing pretty well.
To put these things In perspective, I try to grade them on a scale of 1-10, where 10 is a nuclear holocaust. My problems always come out at 1 on that scale. :rotfl:No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Honest dear readers and lurkers, I'm only the OP and I haven't a clue what all this talk of badges is about.
The NPs could make this old man very happy by clearing up the mystery.
We're getting them just for posting a certain number of times.
I haven't got any, and don't get what the fuss is about💙💛 💔0 -

Anyone else watching Strictly? That last dance was outstanding! And in week 3. I got emotional!

Confession time. Ikea is another Apple to me. Ordinary products overpriced because people have bought the marketing.
However I have an Ikea cupboard as it was surplus to requirements from my brother and want some extra shelves. Is it possible to get these without having to trek to and around an ikea store?I think....0 -

I know ebay (and other online outlets) have Ikea furniture for sale but I'm unclear how trustable they are, and whether they sell parts rather than full units. They'll almost certainly only be available if buyer collects.
I'm a 20 minute drive from an Ikea store. and I think they're a bit of an ordeal, but TBH I think all furniture stores are depressing. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
Ikea is nothing like Apple though.
Apple is more expensive than everyone else for a product that does the same. Ikea is cheaper than everyone else.
£5 for a Lack coffee table. An Apple one would be £50.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I reckon they are all being fed Angels Dancing on tongue food by Gen.
I am sure that given that catering and non sporting disposition I would be the size of a house , so i think their weight gain reasonable.
No cooking for me at camp this weekend. I did go on a c3km kayak with The Boy which obviously entailed me doing basically all the paddling. Then off for a bush walk with the kids today.
Alongside the normal birds you see on the outskirts of Sydney we saw one of these babies when we were kayaking:
That's an Azure Kingfisher. We also saw one of my very favourite birds in the world:
Aka the Superb Fairy Wren. We also saw on of these:
A red bellied black snake which was just chillaxing on the path to the lavs. Finally we saw plenty of goannas, a couple were biggies, about 5 ft long:
Food was okay: burgers and sausages and bacon and eggs and fruit. Nothing special but perfectly well cooked. Sleeping was a little problematic but not world endingly. We had a nice cleansing storm when we got home too so I don't need to water the garden!
Mrs Generali is keen to convert me to camping. She's welcome to try as there are some amazing parts of Australia that you can only really see by camping. I'm not completely closed to the idea: if we can make it actually comfortable rather than just comfortable considering we are camping without having to take tons and tons of gear then it would be okay.
Tonight, however, I've butterflied a half leg of lamb and am marinating it in my newest nom, lemon garlic and oregano with olive oil. Having it with fried spuds and some veggies.0 -

You could have roasted that and fed the Family for a month!

Have you visited Tasmania yet? Another great place for the big outdoors. I'm hoping to spend two or three weeks there on my next big trip.0
