Remember my odd neighbour who only wears those green tops? She's still wearing them. I have spoken to her a fair bit recently and she is selling in the spring so will be tidying up her house and cutting down trees that block our light, I will do a few small jobs to help her out. I hope we get another nice neighbour because everyone in this cul de sac are lovely.

Eccentric neighbour the other side of me has now replaced his trike with a 1980's Rolls Royce! Which he somehow crammed into his garage!

My friend in Ashkelon is struggling with bureaucracy:-

It’s mid-afternoon. I go to the city hall office and there doesn’t seem to be too many people about. I enquire where I can find Chanan , who is the person whom I’ve been told is the relevant official. The one man who is on site tells me that Chanan is not there. I show the man the letter that I’m clutching and he tells me that I need to make an appointment.. I ask “ how?” and he replies.
“You ring up and make one”.
    “What’s the phone number?”
He goes to a rack on the wall and hands me a leaflet. I glance at it.
“When I ring up who do I ask to speak to?”
He looks at me sagely and replies “ Me.”
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Wishing happy new year to all the Jewish and Jew-ish NPs.

Latest comment on social media ( Apple is a big theme for the new year), traditionally people start meals with some apple dipped in honey).

3 apples changed the world: the apple of Eve, the apple of Newton and the Apple of Steve Job. Even a small Apple can make big changes.

A 20th century car that fits into a 20th century garage?

What madness is this? They hardly fit into 20th century parking spaces. And definitely not 21st century ones.

I so need to find some software that will automatically tag my photos.

Let me know if onedrive sharing works and you can see this:

    embed?cid=88A81D2EEE263F6E&resid=88A81D2EEE263F6E%213602&authkey=ALUfae_-gwkWkPUembed?cid=88A81D2EEE263F6E&resid=88A81D2EEE263F6E%213602&authkey=ALUfae_-gwkWkPU

Completely refuses to work for me - any one shared on one drive successfully?
