I was looking at a mattress to day called the Eve mattress.
I'm reasonably tempted to put it on my Christmas present short list. Mainly because its a jolly yellow colour and looks nicer than other mattresses,a Nd because I'm fed up of looking at mattresses.0 -

Yes it is, but does that matter when its under sheets?
The problem is We don't know what kind of mattress we want.
I want a great big soft puffy one. Fir very much doesn't..
The thing against foam is the fact I love the electric blanket and they aren't good to use with foam.. But foam are meant to be better for joints and longevity.

Of no significance in the scheme of things but annoyed at myself, we only have a landline really cos you have to for internet and cos my parents call us on it, normally on Sunday evenings. The other weekend they called us and because we were busy I called them back, forgetting it was a bank holiday weekend so Monday not Sunday and thus running up a £10 call charge as it wasn't a weekend so not in the call package. Annoying cos I could have called from my or DWs mobile or skype for free.I think....0

Pastures, can they still charge you one month's notice when it is them saying that the person in question can't come back? They surely can't charge you if you have no choice. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

You don't have to have a landline for internet with Virgin.
We also wonder whether it is worth having a landline, but cling on to it.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. My experience with the NHS was that they expected us to jump through hoops, but they were completely stymied when we simply said no. So, just say 'no, we have nowhere suitable for discharge, and an assessment is needed ', and suddenly they will swing into action. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

True but it actually works out cheaper to have the landline as well (shrug shoulders smiley)
It certainly used to be the case that having a landline number helped with credit checks but probably those days are passed now.I think....0 -
I wouldn't mind betting that there is an age demographic split between phone users, with those 40 and above mostly having one, those 30 or below not bothering and those in the middle mixed.. Also a split between home owners and renters, with former group more likely to have one as they can be a pita when moving. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? I have a landline, but there isn't a phone plugged into it (I don't even own one).Nearly time for me to look for a new Internet provider. If I pick a package with free calls I might buy a phone then look to swap my mobile contract for a cheaper one.
