. I remember when the Victorians ...
And you only just got round to getting a puppy?
What have you been doing all these years?
Even part time for struggles with workaholism. He's missed the good train to local station so I have to go to far one when he gets away I think. He's enjoying it. A lot is out sourced, and he says its a shame, he'd quite like working there full time outsourcing less. ATM Italy is coming to him each day but he's going to be going to Italy soon, just for a day to put names to faces really, so We need to think about a shopping list. :j0 -
Without Victorians where would we be vis-a-vis the whole sponge cake thing.
I don't think I "got a puppy".... I'm claiming more of an ambush. Yes, that's it! I was too late to head it off at the pass

Why doesn't the Mirror bloody well hack my phone? £200k compensation would soothe the distress I would undoubtedly feel.
Following on from yesterday, another benefit of not being famous.
I'm in the nice position of many people within the industry knowing my name, but very few actually knowing who I am when they meet me.
I prefer to remain discreet, as it stops things like this happening, not that there's any dirt to kick up on my voicemail anyway.💙💛 💔0 -
I've been feeling extra frustrated at work recently (I think a lot of people are trying to elbow their way to promotions...). Had a meeting this afternoon that I wasn't particularly looking forward to. Then someone pretty important surprised me, and backed me up over something I'd had a rant about (not in their presence) a couple of days ago. What s pleasant surprise.
And it's pay day so I've been able to take another little chip away at the mortgage. And my hanging baskets have started flowering (dark purple and white, look superb next to the front door which is even better as they were bargain shelf specials).0 -

Wheezy thinks that's where you are going wrong, if you want the £200k compo. Sadly, it may now be too late to start seeding your voicemail with juicy titbits of gossip. Even invented gossip would have done, btw.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
I liked this for Chemistry.

I saved the Physics ones in a file, err somewhere...it'll on one of the virtual machines. I just did a search in youtube really.
I still have one problem!!
It's still DD sitting the exam, and she seems less inclined to focus. Not much I can do about that!
Also for chemistry, try these:

I studied chemistry at Nottingham as an undergrad and was lucky enough to have lectures from the now Sir Prof Martyn Poliakoff (and inorganic chemistry tutorials for a couple of years). He is a legend (and I don't say that often).0 -
Thanks Nikkster.
I don't find Chemistry comes easy to me. Big respect for those that get it
I wonder how many people do have an aptitude to do well academically, but who are just not ready whilst at school?
Learning is life long, isn't it?0 -
