    Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
    Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

    The first time kiwi !!!!!!ed off at high speed after something or just for a run, who knows? Anyway, it took a while to get him back. Must remember to put him on a lead in such circumstances:o

    In other news from the Great County of Surrey:
    Surrey revealed as having most 'dogging' locations in the country

    I confess it's not in my mindset; this public sex thing.

    My initial reaction was to suggest they use properly maintained saunas or purpose built buildings; but maybe people like the fact it's outside?
