I have no personal experience to draw upon (lucky me), but GDB's post sounds just about perfect to me.

Wow, this QT audience is being brutal on Cameron. Interesting...

Much better that they all get a grilling than they all get an easy ride - no?

Absolutely! This is what I wanted to see 5 weeks ago. Now Milliband is in the lion's den and it doesn't look to be any easier going. Enjoying this, and agree with Nikks, by the end Cameron looked v shiny.

I'd not realised it was going to be on this early so I'm lucky to have caught it.

Has been a day of innuendo in the office, so I'm afraid I sniggered when Cameron mentioned stubby pencils :o

I think Ed's just made one decision slightly easier for me.

Edit: forgot to add. Viva - completely agree. This is sooooo much more like it. Good on the audience. Kind of a shame they're not going to set them on the other party leaders too!

Spirit, while you are 'trapped' at home keep therapies at home. After that no harm in considering options, if nothing else to keep enthusiasm and commitment up. As well as interest being rejuvenated by new therapies I find different things can 'impact' in different ways. My body work remains fantastic but returning to lir paced yoga is giving me something that I just never got from any thing else. My yoga teacher offers seated/ chair bound yoga classes and some other therapeutic yoga class advertised in even my terrible doctors.'

Today, still tired and a bit dented and damaged from Tuesday in London I did yoga with one and a half legs. He is an incredible teacher, and everything pushed just enough to stretch me, but not tire me today and the dodgy leg was 'treated with compassion' and in the only stretch it disagreed with I let it fall out of the stretch and was congratulated in making the compassionate choice. ( not the one I would have made some weeks ago) . My leg feels less sore and I feel less tired after the practise. Some of it is bound to be psychological, but I'm also sure some of it is just doing something that suits me with a great teacher and that I am enthused by and that is the right pitch of physical activity.

After big days out in the past I would not feel like a yoga class or be looking forward to a weekend away in just several weeks with enthusiasm. I son't think its health change ...just being enthusiastic about the yoga ( which could be anything, but in my case yoga feels like such a bench mark).

Chewie thanks for sharing pictures of babies . Gauranteed to elicit warm feelings from seeing them.

How are you and Mrs Chewie managing?

Those dear babies look as yummy and as colourful as fondant fancies.

Maybe its just that picture, but their faces look much more their own to me now too, I know their parents will know their faces as independently as I know, say, my Siamese cats, but for sisters of the same age it would be easier to dismiss them as 'looking like all babies' but they look to me like they are becoming quite their little selves? :)
