My advice would be let him steer the time, (you can probably gauge his level of interest then if he squeezes you in for 20mins dashing between pre-arranged other things... or opts for a fairly leisurely weekend lunchtime type affair that could stretch to a few hours whiled away chatting if things go well....)0
