you will get dett collectors , save them for the winter fires , if they get too much , a nice simple !!!! off letter can be written

Trev is chasing his tail ,

2 choices , pay now or go to court , if the muppet can find a car park to park on

a charge from him would be funny , and we can shut him right up in court in minutes , remember he has suddenly lost the ability to send NTKs , and only a small % will pay up on a window ticket , any ANPR setup cannot be used , he is loosing money fast , and as more car park owners are told , they are terminating contracts

he cant afford to be defending claims all over the country , and paying solisitors fees with the thought of receiving less than he is paying out

his days are numbered in the PPC world , his only option is to morph into a new company with a new front man

only if you are taken to court BY ANPR ltd , not the debt collector , you loose , and you do not pay within a month .

if you read one of my other posts , you will see that the contract with ANPE and the counsil has now been terminated , and I am lead to believe loud words were heard in the office , I have feeling that after his lies to PCC ( by parking here we have broken our agreement with PCC and have to pay them £100 ??? LIES LIES , se what do they know , official statement , no monies received) the consil will not back him

he is so beatable in court , if he issues GENUINE court paper give us a shout ,

he will say ""debt will be passed onto a debt collection agency. The appropriate agency will seek a court order instigating the recovery of this debt

new one on me , since when can a debt collection agency do this ,

on second thoughts he's missed out the bit about actually going to court before this court order instigating starts "

    Thanks guys.

I've attached the letters -- but as i am a new member i cannot post links - so you need to copy and paste into a new tab.

This was the first letter i received from them - i didn't get a ticket on the car..
someone had taken a photo of my car with their mobile phone slightly out of the white lines in a pitch black, empty car park at 920pm while "someone" was picking up a pizza.

    i57.tinypic.com/k130iq.jpg

The incident happened on the 20/01/2015, but this first letter was dated 16/03/2015 - should I not have received something sooner ? e.g. within 15 days or within 28 days?

Note that this letter mentions the BPA
    ---

I then received this letter on the 30/03/15

    i60.tinypic.com/2a6qdqx.jpg

This says i have failed to make a payment in the last 42 days. .. yet i only received the first letter 14 days prior?
also there is no mention of the BPA on this.

    --

I then sent the letter of appeal on the 1st of April.

    -

I receive this letter which says about my letter dated 19/04/2015 ?? this is a lie. The letter was sent on the 1st of April, recorded delivery.

    i60.tinypic.com/2cicn5j.jpg

on the phone they state that they don't need to give me popla code because the letter of appeal was received after they left popla/bpa?

i feel I am getting picked on and/or harassed -- stressing me out.

@gravy - you've diverted this thread way off track by hijacking it for your own ends.

You need a New Thread of your own so you can get specific advice for your own issue, leaving this one open for general discussion about ANPR Ltd's fall from grace.

Please PM Crabman (forum guide) and ask he hives off your posts into your own discrete thread.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    the guys a joke

his BPA membership would have been running out @ 16/03/2015

that is a joke , hes actually trying for court charges he has,nt paid , and judgement enforcement officers per hour

is it a wonder the BPA kicked this clown out , he is a liar and a fraud , he should be charge with trying to obtain money by deception ,

edit: trespass charge , only preston city council can do that , and he,s had a barney with them

It seems that ANPR have got your details from the DVLA by lying and stating this is a parking offence

perhaps a letter marked "complaint" should be sent to the DVLA

    something like the one below

    Complaints Department
    DVLA
    Swansea
    SA99 1AR

    Dear Sir/Madam
The DVLA have disclosed my Registered Keeper Details to a Private Parking Company (PPC) ANPR Ltd contrary to the KADOE agreement – see below.
ANPR have issued a Parking Charge Notice for ‘Tresspass on a private car park’. This is prima facie contrary to the KADOE agreement which only permits release of the Registered Keepers data for Unpaid PARKING Charges. An alleged Tresspass offence is not a parking matter in the accepted sense of the word. It would have been perfectly possible for the KADOE agreement to specifically mention 'tresspass' and the fact that it isn't mentioned doesn't mean it can be implied
This complaint is about ANPR breaching the KADOE agreement and misrepresenting to you the nature of the matter. To avoid any misunderstanding I know it is not the DVLA’s responsibility to police PPCs nor should you forward this complaint to any trade body for a response. Neither is this a complaint about the notice itself per se. This complaint is specifically about a breach of the KADOE agreement between the DVLA and ANPR which caused you to release my name as the Registered Keeper to ANPR and I wish to know what the DVLA intend doing about this breach.
I am the registered keeper of [Reg No] and ANPR sought my details from you sometime between [enter dates]
The relevant bits of the KADOE agreement.
B2.1. The DVLA shall provide each requested item of Data to the Customer via the KADOE Service for the Reasonable Cause of enabling the Customer to:
    a) seek recovery of unpaid Parking Charges in accordance with the Accredited Trade Association Code of Practice, and using the procedure in Schedule 4 to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (where the vehicle was parked on private land in England or Wales on a particular date); and
    b) otherwise seek recovery from a driver of unpaid Parking Charges in accordance with the Accredited Trade Association Code of Practice (where the vehicle was parked on private land in Scotland or Northern Ireland by that driver on a particular date, or where the Customer has chosen not to pursue, or is not in a position to pursue the vehicle
keeper by utilising conditions in Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012).

although ANPR are not members of a recognised ATA , at the time of the parking event they where .

he might think he,s new system (which he boasts about on his website might work)

however in this case he has acted early , and used his ATA access to obtain info illegally

    have fun
