I called the number on the form but also double checked it on the website (ending in .gov)

Who to ring and what to say?

Shall I email DVLA asking how they got my Name? (noting the first letter was some time ago, as above) - i think they were members of the BPA then, but then next letter they wasn't (as posted previously).

Call council after i find out how they got my details?

any help much appreciated.

Time scale to pay.

As this was a judgement by default, the creditor can decide how long you have to pay.

Hence the 6 days.

He has taken you to court. You have lost because you didn't enter any kind of defence. As this was before his ban from the DVLA database and suspension from the BPA Trev has done nothing wrong.

The question is where any papers recieved? If so were they ignored?

I didn't receive any papers/letters apart from the ones listed above. (that i have posted on here).
