Start a new thread, you'll get more notice.

It looks like you've failed to defend a court claim and lost by default. You can apply for a set aside but you're cutting it pretty fine. Contact the court by phone and find out what's happening; it might be best to pay up 'under duress' and then apply for a set-aside, and when you win the case you can get the money back from Trev. But phone the court and start a new thread.

Have you received a signed stamped County Claim form at any point?

Yes, start a new thread. I don't normally give advice when a thread is hijacked, but as this is ANPR Ltd, I suspect that judgement to be a FAKE (not stamped. and ANPR is not know to do court).

You normally get 28 days to pay a court judgment. This one gives just 6 days, which does raise suspicions.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    £390

    any suggestions?

right , the muppet strikes again , this was from before his ban from the BPA

    please read this posting https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5248474

I have all the names of the idiots in the town hall (and emails) , also local councellors (that are helping) , do you fancy an evening post special? , show this muppet , AND the counsil up for what they are

that form can be overturned (£165) , as he has got your info via a V888/2 , and its illegal for a car paring co to get info this way

I think you should be causing %^&t at the counsil

read my other post to explain what he is doing wrong

also , make a quick DVLA request to brian.dodge@dvla.gsi.gov.uk
stating that the muppet (who is banned from an active ATA) has got your info , ask him for any times ANPR have asked for your info from <date of ticket> to <this week> and method of access , mark it urgent
