Their website no longer states that they are members of the BPA AOS, but it still contains this lie:

Should any motorist fail to heed the warnings, we can request from the DVLA the vehicles registered keeper raising enforcement from 45% to 80%.

Last time I tipped off the DVLA about non-ATA member claiming on their website to have access to RK details the offending website was changed within hours. Let's see if it works with this one...

Only if someone parks on his drive/land.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Hi all,

    hope someone can help

what is the new process or what do i do now with a ticket from them?

i received a ntk in the end of feb and early march for a parking violation at the end of Jan..
i've sent template letters, and the last letter i received today included the

"having read your letter blah blah, i personally know the site etc"
ending with "i suggest you seek legal advice before attending the small claims court"

after asking them on the phone why I did not get more information on appeal and popla number - he explained they are no longer a member of the BPA.

Carpark was at the back of Toni's Pizza's in plungington - basically pitch black and sign unreadable at night (it was at 9pm)
    --

how does this change my position and what should i do? or now that they have lost the BPA - do i do nothing?

    Any advice greatly appreciated.
  • as he was a member of the BPA at the time of the incident you are allowed to use POPLa , no ifs , no buts

we have been placing signage (A4s) over his signs at plungington for the last 2 weeks , preston counsil have been informed that he is no longer an ATA member and using false signage , but will not act.

DO NOT ring the muppet , one nice email , POPLa code required within 7 days or get stuffed , see you in court.

or you could continue driving down to the junction with Blackpool rd , turn left , over the bridge , his offices are just after the mill ,
