Capital One axing cashback for some, cuts cashback rates for others

My other half has an 1% Cashback card with C1. She received a letter today stating cashback ending on 31/05.

I have a lumia card - Nothing received for me so far.

Strange - my letter says my cashback is being reduced, not removed. Falling to 0.25%...

That's not enough to justify keeping the card so will be ditching it once the cashback is paid.

I've looked at my statements and online account and it doesn't say. My card itself is black and says "platinum" on it.

I've had it a fair while. I'm not sure where I'll be able to get a 1% amex backup anymore

Does this apply to all Capital One Cards as I've not had a letter yet and I've got a holiday to pay for?
