Got a letter today. Aspire World and all cash back gone. Shame but nice while it lasted and I guess I will close it in June.
I realise it is no fault of Cap1 but I wonder just how many accounts they will lose.0 -
Not on topic but I see my post is timed at 08.05 when it was actually 10.05. Are MSE servers based somewhere 2 hours behind BST?0

I've been told that my cashback (currently a flat 1%, no annual fee) is being withdrawn completely.
However, the reduction in interchange fees is typically from about 0.8% to 0.3%, so if 1% cashback was previously sustainable, why is 0.5% cashback not sustainable now?
Any word on whether Bank of Ireland are thinking of withdrawing their cashback (flat 0.5%, no annual fee)? Or maybe I'm best to switch to using my M&S card (0.5% in M&S vouchers).0 -
yes joe.. all credit cards are American Express, Mastercard or Visa.. they are just provided by different companies but use those payment systems.0
