Its the £10 for the lost of the travel insurance on the old world mastercard (the no fee version), think it usually pays out December/January. Did think about keeping it and spending £1 a month on it to keep it active if we still got the £10 back, if not it will definitely be cancelledGoing to miss the free equifax monitoring and credit reports as well.0

Have they said they are withdrawing that service? Or are you cancelling your card?
Still no letter for me. (World MC, 1%+£10, no fee)
I was going to cancel, but after reading molerats post above I may keep it open just to keep the equifax, as it looks like we have lost the £10 back a year as well. (going to ask Capital one to confirm that though).
Will ask them to reduce the limit at the end of June though, so I can get additional cards, to cover my lost cashback0 -

I've cancelled cap one card and still got access to equifax (since 2008), so it keeps renewing.
Someone else confirmed also so more than one anecdote.
Personally I woudln't keep it for the equivalent of 2 statutory reports (£4).0 -

I have has my letter for my Luma creditcard, no more cashback.. goodbye Luma0

I got my letter today, no more cashback and £10 bonus.
Now to try and persuade Nationwide to up my credit limit from £2000, as usually my holidays are about £4000 a time.
Or I could use my wife's Tesco card, it has a limit of £4500.over 73 but not over the hill.0 -

Not trying to persuade you of anthing - if you want to keep it then keep it, but noddle is entirely free and gives you a new credit report every month (call credit not equifax).0 -

I sent them a private message the other day and they've told me the cashback and £10 annual bonus is staying on my card?I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
Well, no letter for me yet, amongst the piles of junk on my doormat when I got home. Will be interesting to see if there is any selective retention for certain customers, although I think that's clutching at straws - I cost them a small fortune last year and I'm sure they will be glad to see the back of me 0
