It depends though as I know I got it one year as I'd earnt around £11,000 but if I went over I think it was £12k I wouldn't have got it, but that's as a single person without kids

You worked 35 hours a week and needed tax credits but could run rings around people? You're doing low skilled work and can't stick to a profession which just harms your CV.

Perhaps a change in attitude is the first thing that's required judging from some of your posts.
