    How's that?

He hasn't stated his age, if he has children or any disabilities. If he is over 25 he doesn't work enough hours to qualify. He would have to work the minimum of 30.

Sorry but this idiot sounds like a 2 year old at best!

I'm curious how it's not practical to work a second job but in that other thread you wanted more hours from the same employer.
Surely if it's practical to do the latter, then the former isn't much more effort?

If i was struggling to pay my landlord and had a real possibility of ending up homeless i'd be going to food banks to save money.

If i was struggling to make ends meet, i'd try and use my free time thinking of solutions to the problem rather than going online and complaining about things within my control.

    That's just me though.

There's no doubt about it that you'll be entitled to some HB working 21 hours per week if you're currently claiming HB.

I'm trying to remember the last time my mum wasn't doing 2 jobs. At one point, she had 3 jobs. She currently has 2 jobs, which does !!!! one of her employers off because she's not avaliable when they want her. (she's a carer - does set hours with one and with the other, works the hours no-one else wants)

    That old chestnut.....:rotfl:

Oh yes there are plenty of 'jobs' about, I do agree. But quality jobs with guaranteed hours with a decent wage, no.

The OP, despite his protestations to the contrary, is an unskilled worker. What kind of "quality" job so you suggest for him?

I've had more jobs than you'll ever likely to have. I've worked since I was 17 and have tried several professions including catering, IT, and Personal Trainer.

No he tried to work in IT (and catering and as a personal trainer), all with limited success by the sounds of it, hence his current issues.
