38 and Single :o(

Hi all,

Anyone got any advice on how to cheer myself up?

38 year old male and have been single again since the beginning of the year. Live alone in my flat. No children.

Feel depressed as I feel I would really would like to have been married and have my own children by now. Feels like I have missed the boat and will be single for every. Too old for children.

Have tried POF but not having much luck on their. Can't really afford Match.com or Zoosk and not even sure they would be any better.

Need to get out and meet people but most of my friends are settled down now.

Hey, who says you're too old to have children? 38 is no age, especially if you're a male.

Look up your local meetups.com and make some new friends, hopefully there will be lots of groups local to you

Well, not too early for a male, but means I would need to find a girl a lot younger than me right.

Have you got any hobbies? Or could you volunteer locally? Basically it is just a case of getting out and talking to eveyrone and anyone. 38 is deifnately not too old, good luck.

Definitely recommend meetup, there's bound to be something near you. Also second the other good suggestions of groups, hobbies, volunteering etc. Just get out there!
