    I was looking for this thread yesterday!

    To announce......I am now under £20k :j :j and nearly 30% paid
    LBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors
    June 20.....£7,587.....3 creditors left 72% paid

    £26,200 on interest only part of mortgage (July 16)...will chip away £17,103
    £49,200 repayment mortgage ( July 16) £37,764

    It's official, I am loan-free!!

    Still got rather too much remaining on CCs but all are interest free at the moment so I'm still smashing the debt, and at least I am no longer paying interest :D

    I'll have a water please (diet needs to start going as well as debt busting :o)
    Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭

    Evening everyone, well I've done it I am now debt free (though do still have mortgage) I thought I'd feel elated but for reason I don't! My DS1 is getting married next year and my DD is going on an expensive oversea school trip so I now have to save like crazy! Swift half for me tonight, keep going everyone xx
  • Debt is now 25% paid off!

    2500 of 10,000 paid in about a year and a half :)

    My emergency fund is also looking healthy and I feel like I'm living my life rather then pausing so super happy!
    19/12/14: Spent 10 years of savings!!

    Just stopping by now I have done my sums for the month and we are under 5k!!! I can't remember the last time we owed so little;)

  • Joining in here, I've paid over 50% off now. With my next payment or so I'll be below the 10k mark, which will be immense. Just wish I could fastforward 16 months until it's all clear!
