So I have a couple to report today. Firstly I have now paid off over 90% of my debt (the capital anyway, I still have to pay back the interest that my dad has been covering but I don't know what that is at the moment).

Secondly, and although not strictly a financial milestone, today I have been gambling free for 3 years!!! Looking back it has gone really quickly, although it didn't feel like that in the early months, and things have definitely got easier as time has gone on.

I like my gin and heard that it works really well with Earl Grey, I haven't tried it but if you could serve me up one of those I will gladly try it!

The bar is serving doubles for free today!! I have managed to get my debt into the 6000s (by a tiny amount but still!)! I am so so pleased! *does victory lap around pub car park with bottle of sherry whilst wearing a christmas hat* *falls over grinning* *gets up excitedly to go and update signature, still grinning, staggers slightly*

drink up people! we're doing great!

I have warned you all that I'm going to be giddy and hopefully post lots of milestones on here between now and the end of 2016:o


I've just logged onto Stepchange and I no longer have any debt over 2k:D...I have 4 debts over 1k and 6 under 1k and 1 totally paid off;)


Originally, I had 3 debts over 6k and several more between 3-4k:eek:


It doesn't take much to make me happy these days.


A large Vodka and Coke for me
