    What did she say ?
"Do you know you've been sending me birthday cards with the wrong numbers on for the last 25yrs"

Once passports were laminated she could no longer alter her DOB. She had been changing the year on her passport using a marker pen from 1930 to 1939.

A word of caution (from me who did lots of net dating and met my now husband online)

Please meet him sooner rather than later... You are saying how much you like him, how he makes you feel.. But it is often v different meeting someone face to face. I was surprised how a couple of chaps who were masters of the written word were just not compatible with me when it came to sitting down together for a meet.

Having never met him then the picture you say may not even be anything like the real person
They have Skyped, so the OP will have seen if he is the same person as in the profile pics.

How nice that he texted you back! I started online dating 18 months ago. The first date I arranged, he made an excuse and cancelled. I sobbed my heart out! Had never met him, but had pysched myself up so much to actually have a date that it was all too much. The man I'm dating now I saw for a few months, then he ended it ( long story, wasn't ready) I got petulant even though he wanted to stay friends, and told him I wouldn't contact him again. two months later, I was totally regretting it, made a stupid excuse to get back in touch again, and thankfully 6 months later we're still together!

Be brave, have fun, and meet him soon!
