Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hello everyone
Logging my 3rd NSD today. Horray!
Managed to pay my business rent and rates today with £2 left in budget. Not bad at all after such a poor week last week.
Have been so glad we managed to do a big stock up at the weekend on food, it has been so freeing not having to shop every night for dinner.
Got £10 off my work shopping this morning from the 2000 free nectar points I got for doing the 5 £30 shops. And I have a 90p brand match to use tommorow.
Sadly the cheap bike I saw for sale has gone. I share a bike with my husband at the moment but desperately need one myself to make my life easier. So will have to find another before next week.
Hope you have all had a nice day & enjoyed the sunshine.

Fmess... of course I will be friends with you. How do we do that??
I am not very good at it yet as nightshifts limit exercise. I did walk to work and home again last week which was a challenge. I have just gotten my marathon badge!!
    :D

I love getting those badges :) I find them really motivational and a nice little reward :) I think I need your email address and your Fitbit usrename. If you PM me your details, I'll try and add you. We can do challenges together and see how each other is doing :)

    Thanks traveller

Today was SFD number 9 :) and LTW :) Not much else to report, the days seem to be flying past at the moment.

Sorry for lack of check ins. Have mostly had SFDs except for yesterday when DS3 needed cordial so added a few bits. No sunshine here, it's grey and raining all day.

De-cluttering is going well but everything else, not so well. Not really bad just slow or other things cropping up when you think something is fixed and getting me down.

Well done on the cc Welsh Kitty. Was it Synonymous with the A&E family - hope everyone is mending now. Hugs for everyone and will be back when I have more cheerful news.

  • sorry not posted in ages as been busy with kids over the holidays and then have a essay to be in next week. Was feeling a bit down today as looked at my budgets and i have minus £1:rotfl: to spend on food over the next 10 days:rotfl: and DD2 birthday party is next week. come up with lots of baking ideas though should hopefully muddle through.Menu planned for the next 10 days with what is in the cupboards and freezers so should manage either that or OH will have to eat grass:rotfl:.Felt better once i tackled the phone/ broadband bill as we've been paying £40 odd pound a month and i don't use the phone as i have free minutes on my mob. Reduced by £7 a month plus get about £70 cash back. Also altered gas and electric tariff so saving £10 a month. Whilst away we took out ENglish Hertit membership so going to use that combined with NT memebership over the next year for trips out. Will hopefully save us some money in the long runHope your all well and those that are having a rough time big hug
budgets = food gone:eek:/ petrol almost gone:eek:/nsd:mad:/ Treats: where the money gone? far far away:mad:/exercise not happening/declutter: only my purse:(

Nice to see you Sazzle. Great reductions on your bills well done you. Don't be hard on yourself holidays and kids = money;)

Well it's pretty quiet on here. Where are you all?

Reporting in, broken tooth caused lots of ulcers in my mouth so on liquids today so sore. Hope it smooths out for the weekend.

Going to claim a SFD now and stick to it. May need to follow Sazzle in baking corner, grandson after work and no treats in. Flapjacks looking quick and easy.

Hopefully British Gas appearing today, seeing as I cleaned house top to bottom before work, I would like hot water/heating working(not putting it on much at the moment tho)

Nice day in office bosses out, yeah:j. Get so much more work done without them here.

    Hey guys

Calling hope your mouth feels better soon, sounds horrible!! Have you by any chance got a brown asthma inhaler? These are amazing and actually prescribed by the Dr for ulcers. Him has one as he gets them often. You just spray it onto the site of the ulcer as close as possible twice a day.

SFD 2 in a row for me today. Takes m,e to 10 for the month so not too bad!

Only a fly-by as at work and it is manic. Hugs to all xx

Hello all  I am back now for the rest of the month.

Have spent the entire day changing over my Winter and Summer wardrobes. I have far too many clothes and have put aside 40 items for charity (so far!). I can now admit to being a clothes hoarder- some of the items I realise I have had for over 13 years. And I'm 27 :o

Hope you all had a good Easter and a nice break, if you were able to.

Thank you, I could. I am hoping to get it sorted this weekend, or I kind of run out of time. So its either a cheap one somewhere or I pay around £150 in Decathlon. I'd rather go lower than that, but if I have to...
