Is it worth me pursuing this and if so how do I go about it? I'm not sure what kind of solicitor would deal with this :undecided TIA

ETA most of her nastiness was in text so I have the proof

Hiya. Sorry you have been put through this.
Have you checked your house insurance. Some have legal aid and you may be able to get a solicitor that way and have it paid for.
    hth :)

    Good afternoon Elite.

Beautiful sunny day here. No shopping been done all week, waiting for a good glitch :D

Sorry to hear about troubles with neighbours, bosses and offspring. Hope things improve soon.

Talking of work, everyone I talk to is under more and more pressure

Its not good the fact we want everything as cheap as possible and that means cuts somewhere along the line

If that's from your speckeldy they probably won't get much bigger. Those are the smallest ones I get (when I get them!) by far. I have a black rock like you and she used to lay bombs! Lots of them with double yolks. You'll have half a dozen by the. end of the week :D

I'd better get some mega tiny egg boxes in then :rotfl: it was definitely her, she was in the next box, in, out, sing, in, out fur a drink then back in again, for over half an hour

I'm a bit dim when it comes to breed names :o are black star and bovan nera the same? Looking forward to the double yokers :D

Sorry you are having a hard time just now, I cant offer advice but you could tray ACAS 08457 47 47 47 I also have legal protection on my home insurance and they have been invaluable to me over the last few weeks.

I am lucky that I have DH's support but he thinks that I am now on beck and call for cups of tea etc :rotfl:
Thanks for all the replies. I've just spoken to ACAS and they advised to put it in writing to her asking for what she owes. They said she cannot refuse to pay me because a customer complains unless it's in the contract (It isn't) so I should ask for full pay for that also  I need to allow her 14 days to reply then come back to ACAS if she hasn't replied. They cannot help with the other stuff though unfortunately but then I already knew that employers can make staff's lives a living hell and usually get away scot free

Oh I don't know any of those names? I bet Rhos will though? The one that photobombed you pic the other day looks like my blackrock, that's what I thought it was.
