They said she cannot refuse to pay me because a customer complains unless it's in the contract (It isn't) so I should ask for full pay for that also  I need to allow her 14 days to reply then come back to ACAS if she hasn't replied. They cannot help with the other stuff though unfortunately but then I already knew that employers can make staff's lives a living hell and usually get away scot free
But at least you will have the satisfaction of her having to pay you what you are owed rather than getting away with it :T:T

Having googled it, I think they may well be the same - it seems there are regional variations on the names
She has been squatting like mad today. It feels very weird about a hen who thinks you are her cockerel:eek::rotfl:

Have you thought about setting up on your own to do cleaning? That way you'd be your own boss. I don't know about your area but there's always adverts in the local rags here from people looking for part time cleaners. It'd be much better to be able to deal with clients directly and have more control over your hours and who you work for.
Also. And this is in no way meant negatively at all. I'm trying to helpHave you considered that the problems you are having with employers may be in part down to your condition? You have read my stories of how DS2 is not only with being rather blunt and off-hand at times but also in mis-reading situations and peoples intentions. It could be that you have slight social problems that are affecting your relationships with employers. It's very common in people on the spectrum.
You should talk to your GP about it. There may be some help/advice you can get to improve things. I know it's available for children but I'm not sure what's in place for adults.
I really hope I haven't over stepped the mark0 -
Evangeline1971 wrote: »Yes it is only for a few weeks but I didn't mean about dismissal. Sorry I know I'm not explaining very well as I'm very anxious at the moment so don't get my point across properly. I believe she is lying about what customers have said so I'm going to call the customer and find out if she's unhappy with my clean. She's also accused me of stealing when I never said I wouldn't return the customers key. She's taken things I've said and twisted them to hurt me. Yes my partner takes control but I like it that way because otherwise people walk all over me and she is annoyed about him because he defended me last week over the money she refused to pay. I don't think she should be allowed to treat me like this and get away with it. Also I wouldn't have left my other job had she not promised me the admin work, which I then could not do because she kept sending me cleaning. I'm now out of a job because of her lies and not in any fit state to start a new one
This lady does she own the firm or can you speak to someone higher up ?0 -

I don't think there is anything to contest here apart from £41 if someone wants to finish you after a few weeks because they deem you unsuitable I would very much doubt you could take them to court for that or any of the other points.
But I do not charge £150 per hour plus tips, fc
Got to be in a job two years now to be able to sue I believe.
