• I haven't got mine either- it concerns me a bit too. I didn't sign up until the final day (31st March), but it seems odd they'd send the vouchers out in stages. Fingers crossed this won't be an issue, I'll be patient til the end of the month :)

thanks all - guess i should be worried mine has not arrived during this flurry of action!
its due next week, so i will contact EE at that time.

Adumass, if you have problems, follow the below. Please would you post back and let me know your outcome? Thanks :)

"If after three months you still haven't received your voucher, please email voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com with as much information as possible - ie your full name, address, mobile number, sign up date - to ensure you get a quick response."

Hi Melandra, I will do. My 3 months is due end of this week so I will send my email then and let you know how it goes.
• I've not got mine :(
• It has been three months since I signed up with EE for this offer. On calling EE they knew nothing about it.

I have emailed the suggested address voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com, twice, each a week apart, but as yet have only received automated responses from the system saying they'll respond as soon as they can.

Frustrating as the vouchers were the main consideration for jumping from my previous supplier as they, relatively, brought the cost down below what I was paying at the time in a year - without them it wasn't worth it.

My main concern is that, having read previous posts, my order wasn't properly tracked even though I clicked the link and enter the code. The only consideration there is that the tariff was exclusive to this offer as it would normally have been 1GB of data for the same price.

Same :( I emailed and only got automated reply.

My order was also not properly tracked but the discount code was included in the order confirmation email from EE, so at least I've got something.

just to give a quick update on my situation.

i too emailed the MSE voucher help address twice - a week apart - and only received the automated reply. but a day after my second email I got a reply from someone @affiliatewindow.com, who said they had received my details from MSE (i'm unsure if my first email, or second) and they are verifying my details with EE.
I also had a PDF copy of my order showing the MSE voucher code, which should help. apparently my order did not track correctly with "affiliate window" which is why they need to verify with EE. so hopefully something is happening, and its good to know I am not alone.

my experience sounds similar to both of your situations, so hopefully your details are also being referred through. i'll reply again if it gets resolved.

What details did you include in the email? I emailed asking what details they need from me.

You could try emailing the rep who used to post if it's still valid jade.taylor@affiliatewindow.com
It's not just about the money
• I have been trying to claim a£100 Amazon voucher from EE -they keep directing me to
a site (ee voucher @affiliatewindow.com) that does not respond or tell me to contact MSE-anyone out there know of any successful methods to get my promised voucher? '
