Thanks everyone for the good advice. I have done both emailing returns and calling 150. It seems that the 2nd sim has now been cancelled but I am still being billed for it at present. I am hoping that it will sort itself out.0 -

I would advise everyone else to check their first bill carefully!
My sim arrived today and after registering I found I had only the same 1GB allowance.I tried the live chat but that was useless, the rep kept telling me to contact MSE to get the data fixed and couldn't understand that the MSE page was just a link to EE themselves.
I dialled 150 and after speaking to a rep there, she just asked me for a copy of the email from them confirming the order and she would sort it out (original email doesn't say what allowance is but I emailed her the link to the EE landing page from here which does show the 2GB, and the fact that the £95 voucher is mentioned in the email should cover it).
Hopefully this'll be sorted quickly0 -
I got my sim today and ive just found I have 1GB instead of 2GB we should have, which needs sorting, hopefully this wont effect the voucher in anyway.
Also do EE bill you upfront as when I registered I have been billed straight away for £15.99 as all other networks I have been with have billed me at the end of the month instead.0 -
Line rental is paid in advance, extra charges in arrears(anything in addition to your bundled allowance).
So nice to see EE are up to their usual tricks, wrong billing, wrong allowances etc etc..0 -
Has anybody got their Amazon voucher from EE yet?0
-
EE bills tend to show 'standard' contracts. So if they have given you a 1GB contract with an additional 1GB it will show as a 1GB contract, with the extra GB showing somewhere as an add on. You should still get it though.0

is there any more feedback on this. thanks0

bt are running now on ee, as they own. unlimited text /calls, 20gb internet £20 a month, plus £42 cash back via topcashDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Has anyone has their vouchers yet? checked my spam but nothing yet.0

Could I just bump this again and ask if anybody has received their Amazon vouchers?0
