The best revenge I find is to get on and be happy, show the (text removed by MSE Forum Team) what he has missed out on.Raven. :grinheart:grinheart:grinheart0

My friends boyfriend recently cheated on her. She taped him crying, begging and confessing and put it on youtube and it went viral before it was taken down. Now everybody know what kind of guy he is where we live.
Do you think she was in the wrong doing it? Have you ever taken revenge on a cheater?
My gut feeling is that most people would not condone what she did, but personally I could watch people getting revenge on cheaters all day.

Sounds a bit extreme if you ask me.0 -
Ive also got better things to do than watch a video naming and shaming people.
How sad.0 -
I got revenge on my ex husband. I felt like no-one believed the truth due to his lies and it was having a severely detrimental effect on my health so put the evidence out there for all to see.
I look back and laugh about it now but if I was to do what I did now, I would more than likely be in an awful lot of trouble!0 -
I'm sure this thread was in The Arms yesterday ?0

She has degraded herself.
She should just have moved on.
If it wasn't, it ought to have been.I'm sure this thread was in The Arms yesterday ?0 -
I'm no expert on these things and I don't know the full circumstances, but I've always believed that publically humiliating people never helps.0

I think the best revenge is to walk away with dignity.
The problem with going public is opinion will often turn against you at some point. I thnk you see this when people vent on Facebook. The first few posts will often get the person a lot of sympathy. But if they keep posting about their cheating ex it doesn't take long before people start thinking/saying, "What an obsessive loony! I can see why the ex left!"0 -
I've attempted to get revenge in the past, I will never try it again and don't recommend it.
I got stuck in a horrible cycle of bitterness and anger because nothing seemed to bother him, whilst I was sat there in the personal hell I had created trying to get revenge, he was off living his life, moving on and being happy.
It was awful. I wish I'd not wasted my time and kept my dignity by not doing it, not to mention...looking back on it now, it is pretty embarrassing.0 -
You can kind of see why he cheated on her in the first place....what a bunny boiler.0
