i know right? I work in business improvement and often see companies employing these tactics as a way to fudge their WIP figures.

Each time a new document is requested it puts you to the back of the queue so it will be a "resolved" piece of work for that staff member - regardless of the fact the case is still open and pending. Marking it as resolved though means the SLA will be met and everything is hunky dory lol
  • Still not heard anything, broker keeps saying tomorrow but after reading through forums its not likely but why keep saying tomorrow

We've not had any additional documents requested yet. Can't think of anything else they might need.

My deposit is gifted and no one has asked for proof of that yet...

That's what gets me. I now have to wait until at least Tuesday next week, I'm guessing it'll actually be Wednesday if they MA sent the document off straight away. The knock-on effect being no possible valuation until after the bank holiday. everyday is a day our scatty (we've met her) vendor can pull out

Which I think is my real issue, I reeaaaaaaaaaaally don't want to give her any reason to pull out.

Luckily our MA had the foresight to speak to the vendor's EA yesterday to let her know everything's moving forward which puts my mind a little more at ease.

Lets hope you hear something soon, its awful watching to clock tick by and nothing seemingly is happening

No news for me either :(

I was supposed to her something yesterday morning, but didn't get any messages. Emailed before I left work yesterday and still no reply :(

just had a call from my MA, she said natwest have agreed my case and instructed valuation :-)

Does mean we have basically passed the mortgage offer bit of the process? sorry for the dumb question

Woo! Great news! Can't really answer your question, but at least you won't have this hanging over you over the weekend :T
  • MA has replied and said Natwest will take the fee and instruct the valuation today, he also said that yesterday lol

Until the fee is out of the bank i'm not convinced!

    Great news Playitsam!!
