Sending you a big hug shala.:A I've been there with similar scares and the waiting's horrible.

Try to stay strong through this term tie, and do talk to someone at school as it's worrying you that much.

Is this the Tesco Pulled Pork maman? If so, do you know how it works out synwise?

    No, it's this one

STS again SHALA. The scales were wavering on the next lb down so I may have lost 1/2lb but my scales only do lbs, hopefully next week will be the week!

Thanks Shala for the chart, thinking of you during this worrying time.

    Good to see you mim.

Glad you had a good holiday jock, hopefully any gains will go quickly once you get back in the zone.

I made my best ever SW chips tonight. Prepared them at lunchtime so properly cooled and dried before I cooked them this evening. Does anyone make their own oven chips i.e. make them and freeze them in advance?

    meg, I love spring rolls.:rotfl:

    Morning all

Hugs from me too Shala, thankfully I haven't had similar worries but I can imagine it would be hard to put it out of your mind until you know more.

Thanks for the link to the barbecued pork Maman, I usually avoid Tesco but might make an exception to try that as it's free. :D

Salduck - don't be too downhearted, life gets in the way sometimes. You seem to know what the problem is so you know what you need to do to turn things around - you can do it. :)

Have a lovely Sunday everyone - it's beautiful here again, hopefully everyone is enjoying lovely weather.

    Hi all

Not been on for a wee while as I have been so busy - it's a pain when life gets in the way of doing things we want.

shala can you put me down for 2.5lbs on please for last week.

Not having a good time of it at the moment. Easter weekend was a disaster as OH wanted to eat out all the time and it was unplanned and the places we ate were not very SW friendly, plus a few too many wines.

Back on plan this week. Have 12 weeks to my holidays so could be 2 stone lighter by then if I get my head in the game and be 100% committed.

I have also come off my pill as DH had the snip before xmas and we have now been told that it worked so I stopped my pill two weeks ago. I have felt bloated, have come out in a huge number of spots (which I never get), my hair is lank and gets greasy very quickly and my nails keep breaking, so I guess my hormones are feeling out of balance. Not sure if this is also contributing to the weight gain too as my ankles and knees are feeling really puffy too. May look at getting some water retention tablets to take for a couple of weeks til things sort themselves out. Feel like a hormonal teenager without the figure of one lol.

Hugs to those who need them and a huge congrats to those who made it through easter without gaining. I couldn't believe the number of people at group who had lost and got awards this week.

Loving the new dresses that have been purchased, and well done to those getting into smaller sizes.

Right off to peruse my mags as I don't fancy sunday lunch today so looking to see what else we may have instead - thinking maybe pulled pork with new potatoes and salad.

I find it incredible that this is free maman. Will have to pop to Tesco and pick one up as it will be an easy meal when we get in late and are starving. Tesco is not one of my favourite SMs but if needs must ;)

Well done wiz and other losers I may have missed :T

Hopefully things will settle down for you Maisie soon and hope it's not long for you salduck to be back in the zone. :D

Dull, cold and miserable here today. Got heating on full drying clothes on the rads  Tuesday is supposed to see a return of the nice weather - fingers crossed.

DH started with a migraine last night - he has not been able to lay down with his head on pillow as it is so painful. He has spent the night upright in bed with little sleep. Have had a tidy up downstairs but have left the hoovering so as not to disturb him. Once these migraine bouts pass - usually after being sick he becomes ravenous and will eat everything that is lying around.

The kids party we went too yesterday was lovely and don't think I did too much damage. Had a little tiny ham sarnie on white, carrot and cucumber sticks (loads of but no dip), grapes, one marshmallow (top dipped in choccie with a few sprinkles), and one piece of toffee popcorn, one tea and one coffee. They had corned beef pie, sausages rolls, cheese, crispy things, breadsticks, dips, loads of cup cakes - avoided them all :A. The birthday cake was a huge dome cake, covered with buttercream and filled with tiny smarties (pinata?) - so tempted each time I went by to stick a couple in my mouth but I didn't - honest. Felt so much more comfortable helping out at the party in my new size to what I would have been this time last year. Would have felt so awkward as I didn't know a lot of the parents that were there. I was clearing some of the cakes away at the end and one of the dads said 'Excuse me, can I have one of those cakes before they go - I'm supposed to be on a diet' - say no more :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Going to have a cuppa now and a quick look at the new SW mag as there are supposed to be quite a few good recipes in it.

    Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

I don't shop there either. Someone at my group recommended it so I make a special trip and buy a few packs at once for the freezer. DH and I are greedy and eat it all for one meal but I have heard of people making it go further by putting in rolls. The pack says you can microwave but I oven cook mine as I do chips at the same time.

Good to see you back maisie. I had a similar Easter to you but I'm not going to WI until next Thursday;). I'd go back to GP if I were you. It may be that things will settle down but best to get advice.

Lovely day here too, chilly at the moment but really bright and sunny. I'm no gardener but I'm going to potter a bit just to be outdoors.

    My EE plan:
B: NA Ribena, HEB toast, 2 fried eggs, HEA milk for teas
L: probably JP with cottage cheese, spring onion and beetroot
D: HB steak with mushrooms and onions, roast potatoes and parsnips, cauli, broccoli, carrots, gravy
Syns: squirt of HP, weekend wine:)

I'm ignoring the tsp of cornflour in the gravy as by the time I share it with DH and we never finish it all, it's not worth doing the maths!
