BEG - dress is lovely..
I'm having a bit of a health scare myself at the moment and I know you can only do the days where you can when you're poorly.. but that's better than nothing!
I've got a consultants apt next Friday (found some breast lumps) so i'm just doing whatever I can on the days I feel up to planning - I can only control what I control and hopefully don't let the anxiousness and worry send me to the sweets/chocolate/pizza/crisps (delete as appropriate)
Sending loads of positiveness your way shala - hope results are good for you. I can understand the anxiousness - last time I had mammogram and got recalled for another go - that was bad enough but we had holiday inbetween whilst I awaited the results. Fingers crossed all goes well for you xx
My baked oats weren't too successful shala - how do you do yours?TakeItEazy wrote: »My tummy is in knots thinking about going back to work next week. loss .5lb piffling amount but still a loss. Oh and meds seem to be working, I even had a flat tummy this morning (well was laying down :rotfl:). Still drinking loads (for me) loo visits are driving me mad though.

It is 0.5lb in the right direction TIE. It must be awful for you getting yourself into such a state returning to work. Do your bosses know that you need support with this 'child'? Hope your return to work turns out be better than you were expecting. Take care xx
Really need to get showered now so I will try and pop back tonight for confession time.

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis Mrs R, constant pain is draining as I know but mine is nothing compered to that. Hope it's manageable soon.
Oh Shala, fingers crossed it's nothing serious. Scary stuff though.

L - quiche thing (hea & 1 syn for veg sausage), salad, pickles
T - Cajun chicken, courgette fritters, carrot & beetroot salad
S - baked oats (heb) banana, milk (hea) puft (3.5)
extra syns left for if I want anything else..
Have a good one xxx
Oh Shala hope everything is OK when you see consultant next week. We had a scare last year with DD but thankfully was nothing to worry about, but the waiting to know is awful.Slimming World at target0 -
