So pleased you went back for the dress b-e-g. I'd try Primark for a coloured cardi.

Not seen MrsR for a while either but I know she did have some events on.

I suppose like a RL SW group, they'll be back and get a friendly welcome. :)

That makes them a Health and Safety hazard so if they won't show a loss then out they must go!;)

No problem not having the extra HEXs Sally. They are optional and you seem to be covered healthwise. I know I'm repetitive (boring even:D) but although it's not essential I think you need the Speed food even on Green and mostly veg rather than too much fruit. Aside from the low calorie type benefits it also means you're less likely to have too much free food on your plate so helps control portion size. It's quite nomal for losses to slow down after a while. Do you have much more to lose?

That's great lois.:T You're obviously coping well despite being back at work and surrounded by syns.

I think we must have very similar DHs denise. Mine eats SW dinners and some SW breakfasts but as he doesn't like eggs he has (sugary, non HEB) muesli on other days. For lunch he invariably has a sandwich and crisps or the healthy option of biscuits! Then, just like yours, he tempts me with chocolate or crisps in the evening. Last night it was a piece of shortbread.:o

    My EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: will buy something when shopping and report back
    D: SW Spaghetti Bolognese
Syns: squirt of syrup, parmesan and weekend wine.

I feel fatter today, so probably last weekend catching up:(.[/QUOTe

Oh Maman the health and safety comment really made me giggle,
I had a visit from a housing officer last week who told me because of my age she wants to put me down for weekly visits as I maybe vunerable, talk about making you feel old, told her I am only just coming up to 70 and come back in 20 years :rotfl:

    I can manage that.

    Good news about the STS;).

It's amazing how much DIY is expected these days from self service checkouts to flat pack furniture to TVs and computers. My mother used to always get her TVs, video etc. from a small independent shop. She paid more but at least the guy would deliver, set everything up and show her how to use it. That sort of service is worth paying for.

I had a JP, cottage cheese, spring onions and beetroot for lunch. Hadn't had any for weeks so really enjoyed it.

Good that the Housing Officer is being conscientious but I'm sure her efforts are better spent elsewhere. I suppose she was lucky to find you in.:D

Afternoon all, am doing a happy dance (body magic:D) as son got the job :j :j:j

Talking of scales, hubby is doing his version of juicing as well as using MFP so a bit of calorie counting but that's up to him. Anyway he kept refusing to weigh himself saying he would go by his clothes. Now his rings are loose he gave in and got on the scales. Came down and said the scales were out by 2 stone as he 'knew' he didn't weigh that much :rotfl:. If they were out I'd only weigh 7st :p.
Today he weighed again and he's lost 2st so the scales are right now :rotfl:. I'm keeping out of it :D

Oh and sainsbugs are selling their Easter eggs off at 50p and 2 followed me home!! Boy ate 1 but the other keeps forcing bits onto me as I walk past it.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Just back from town put new battery in scales and YAY its STS phew . so relieved was thinking could never have steak and ale pie and chips with lager again . and doomed to a miserable old age :rotfl: Thanks again Tweets wouldn't have thought about the battery.

Also brought back new telly as old one decided not to play anymore only bought a small one as ordered sky as the offer includes a free TV and half price for 12 months, which will be a good saving on what I am paying BT but you don't get the free tv for 30 days so I needed to get one for SKy to be installed. Then the small one can go in bedroom.

Anyway back to SW picked up a reduced bag of lemons from you know where, 10 for 50p so going to make some syn free lemon curd.

So glad your scales needed a new battery and you hadn't put 5lbs on :j:j:j

If it works for balloons, then it would work for my balloon belly:eek:

Picked up a little yellow cardi from Asda this afternoon maman so will have to see which one to keep. Also spotted a tshirt but they only had one left in a 24 so I have ordered online :D

Great news TIE on DS's new job. :T

So pleased it was the batteries meg :rotfl: That poor housing officer is lucky to still be alive after that comment :rotfl:

Been decorating little choccie buns for a kids party tomorrow and I never licked fingers or spoons once - honest - off to polish my halo :p :rotfl: Was tempted more with sausage rolls but they have remained untouced so far as well.

Of to see s-i-l now so will be back here tomorrow.

Not believing my scales today they show a 5lb gain NO WAY
I did have a nice pub lunch steak and ale pie and chips with 2 halves of lager but that not 5lb worth is it.

    Hope you get it sorted.
Glad you got it sorted :j

On that note I have been called a liar today & to say that I am not a happy beanie is an understatment.

    1 lb on for me
