    Morning all

Life is hectic, all routines are disturbed, OH is off this week, so wants to go out and do things, going for lunch today, already looked at the menu online so I can make the best choice.

    Enjoy your anniversary lunch Greentiger

Come on Candyapple you can do it, I'm handing you your mojo back, get to it!

so today is busy, got lots of housework to do and then lunch with hubby, take DD to doctors. On a positive note, I got my Actifry back from being repaired. It was under warranty, the motor needed replacing, you think it would have been easier to give me a new one, but anyway, it's lovely to have my wedges again.

Better get on with it before time runs away with me. Afterthought: this lack of decent sunshine is making me seriously grumpy! Have a good day all x

Urgh my friend has had to reschedule for the end of the month! So now have the dilemma of what and when to have my treat meal as such! No thai food tomorrow Boo!!!

The joys of Slimming World you plan for that one little naughty meal and then you don't get it and it throws all the other plans of kilter!! Thank goodness I have bought the things for the chilli for tonight as I might have landed in the Chinese tonight in a huff! And the leftovers will do me tomorrow night now as well.

Not too bothered as it goes as now I can go to the gym tomorrow night and its looking like I will have to pay for someone to fix the boiler.

I will enjoy it more at the end of the month when I have lost some lbs!!! That's how I am going to look at it.

Feel like I've so much to do today / tonight and not enough time to get it done in

Thank you for the welcome back, (again). I did feel a bit embarrassed about asking yet again. But hopefully this time I will succeed as a member of a group and with all you lovely people to help and support me.

Last night I had a Baileys. Mr P insisted as I had been to see a friend in hospital and I was late home and late for dinner (9.30) I made sure he measured it properly using my cooking measuring spoons.

Today I am not hungry for breakfast and I can't force myself to eat. I now know I have delayed gastric emptying which explains my 10 years of never feeling hungry :D Probably last nights late meal is still there. Sorry if TMI :D

Just back from WI and shopping. Have STS this week, OK with that as thought it may be a small gain earlier in the week - must have reined it back enough yesterday!!!

    Another EE day today:

    B - strawberries after WI
L - HM hummous, veg sticks (carrots, peppers, cucumber)
D - Fish Pie (2.5 syns for sauce)

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - Ryvita this evening if peckish

    Syns: 2.5 for sauce in fish pie; 4.5 for butter if I have Ryvita;

May save the butter syns this evening and just carry on muching on veg sticks & hummous.

Jings when I look at that list I realise it’s all pretty SW friendly!

It seems that our anniversary tea may turn into anniversary lunch

That's exactly what I was thinking, so whatever you graze on it will be healthy.

Have a great anniversary tomorrow. despite the change in plans.:)

Absolutely right! Of course you're a bit disappointed but you'll get over that plus you've got something to look forward to on rearranged date.

I've just been checking the menu for tonight's pub and looks like menu is changed from last season. So planning steak, JP and salad so only wine will have to be synned. Anyway that's the plan. Now just hope we've something to celebrate. ;)

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk
L: LO corned been hash with fried veg and pickles (minimal c/beef and syns counted yesterday)
    D: pub meal
Syns: wine and any dressing/changes to pub meal

I know I'm happy enough, get to keep my half day for another time and I've a breakfast catch up on Saturday anyway. Poached eggs, grilled bacon, beans and a slice of wholemeal toast is my standard order

I'll be happy to lie on the settee with a gin tomorrow night and watch a film. Wish wine didn't blow me up like a balloon. I'd love a couple of glasses of wine tonight :rotfl:

Not happening! No point going to the gym and then hitting the wine!
I've nearly finished the I let you Go Book, would def recommend to anyone likes a good read. Should finish it tonight.
