Hello All,
Sorry I've been completely absent this past week or so. Had a mental 7 days and have been off plan for the whole of it so it comes as no surprise that I report a 1.5lbs gain.
I have completely over indulged in the last 7 days but I haven't regretted it and I'm surprised it wasn't a bigger gain considering all i've eaten.
And I've met someone new and I don't mind saying I'm all loved up at the minute:D:D which is half the reason i've been off plan. We're both total foodies and we've been going out and just not giving a damn and i've loved every minute so 1.5lbs is an acceptable price to pay for that.
I'm going to be back on plan as of tomorrow though.
I wish i had the time to go back through all the posts but it's just so crazy at the mo i'm either working, going out or job hunting. I hope everyone's well!
Do we take it that the date went well then and you didn't end up in the woods? lol.Slimming World at target0 -

Do you really have to eat 3 meals a day? Only had breakfast and a bag of crisps today as just not hungry. Have spag Bol on the go though. Making up for a whole tin of ambrosia (with a Freddo melted in ) last night as needed comfort food
No not glad to know was hoping someone was having nice weather.
No I don't think you really have to but have to say looking back over meal plans I have had better losses when I have had 3 meals and my syns than times when I have not been eating properly.Slimming World at target0 -

Went for weigh and go and lost just half a pound. At least it wasn't a gain I suppose. Still in target range so shouldn't be worried (that's what consultant said).
I've had one off plan meal each week which I suppose is why I'm not losing more so my own fault really.

Good for you, Matron and mumoftwo.
Long time no see, poohbear. Come right in and put your feet up.
Maman, you know all the answers to this SW malarkey; plodding is fine!
No more meal plans from me until after our holiday as tomorrow & Friday we will be eating what we’ve got to use up in a sort of buffet/grazing approach. I have plenty of cheese, lots of tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions, new potatoes, a couple of baking potatoes, some wafer thin smoked ham, some sliced roast beef, bacon, plenty of fruit – strawberries, grapes, blueberries, kiwi, melon, an apple) and veg (a liitle asparagus, sugar snap peas, carrots, onions, cabbage and a yellow courgette), some yogurts. We have plenty of cereal, 2 wholemeal rolls and 1 wholemeal thin, plus Ryvita and Tuc biscs. OK for treats too – some WW cakes, choc digs, and Garibaldis. I don’t think we’ll starve.lol! Just need to buy a wee carton of milk for cereal and DH’s tea/coffee. Jings when I look at that list I realise it’s all pretty SW friendly!
It is certainly miserable here, with all the rain we’ve been having! When my kids were young, I used to tell them that the rain was liquid sunshine. It’s just not working for me at the moment. It seems that our anniversary tea may turn into anniversary lunch – DH’s bowling tie tonight was cancelled because the green was flooded. To rub salt in the wounds a duck landed on it! The tie has been rescheduled for tomorrow evening, weather permitting, hence anniversary lunch.

Morning all
A horrendous 3lb gain for me this week :eek: I thought about blaming it on star week but to be truthful it's probably down to me-being-a-pig week. I've been on & off plan all week but need to kick my bum into gear and get my SW mojo back. Hopefully I shall be reporting back this time next week with a nice loss. Well done to all who did better than me this week and hugs to the fellow gainers
Hope everyone has a great day

Greentiger That wee duck must think the bowling green was a little lake :rotfl:
Maman That's good, a loss is a loss and at least you are within your target range. You should be proud you manage to stay there holidays and all
Meg - I am the same its the night times get me. Sort of grazing mindlessly in front of the tv, which is why I am better of in the gym and away from my cupboards.
Need to do some meal planning and life planning today. Really need to economise this week with having a day out etc
Think I'm making Chilli for tea with lots of speed veg.
I was out of bed and in the fridge at 2am eating cheese  I'd forgotten how hungry the gym can make you when you first start.
Poohbear You are still losing though, make yourself accountable here and just keep going.0 -

Morning all
I'm really struggling to keep up with the thread at the moment, so apologies for missing out on anything important (like the chart). I missed it on Tuesday, so thanks Shala, and well done to the SOTW and to everyone who is doing well at the moment.
Life is very hectic at the moment, which is good, but rather exhausting! I'm doing my best to stick to the plan and hoping for a good result this week.
Weather is looking better today, so hopefully we're going to have a few nice days.
Keep going everyone, onwards and downwards.
