My kitchen is waiting for you Meg if your still in the cleaning zone! That sounds like quite a trip, she will be back with lots of tales of adventures soon! One more sleep.
Just made myself a Peanut Hottie, haven't had it in a long time. Felt the need for something warm and sweet. I swear its winter in Northern Ireland today!
Fingers crossed re the Boiler!
Get into the gym shala, you'll feel better if you get into a routine of going regularly. I always do when I get my act in gear!0 -

This time I have joined a SW group as the online membership wasn't working for me.
You're very welcome pooh.:) I've yet to hear of online membership working for anyone.
Try to keep posting your menus and we'll help wherever we can. The only answer I can think of for feeling full and sleepy is to eat smaller portions.
Have decided to go to WI at teatime today but now feeling bloated and uncomfortable and I only had a bowl of soup about 2 hours ago:(. Will report back after I've bitten the bullet.0 -

Don't know if it was disproved or not but do know that I have finally got to target by eating when I want to and that has mainly been been eating late, can quite happily not eat during the day but come evening will hoover up anything in the fridge, think that's where planning comes in, make it low syn.Slimming World at target0 -
Hello All,
Sorry I've been completely absent this past week or so. Had a mental 7 days and have been off plan for the whole of it so it comes as no surprise that I report a 1.5lbs gain.
I have completely over indulged in the last 7 days but I haven't regretted it and I'm surprised it wasn't a bigger gain considering all i've eaten.
And I've met someone new and I don't mind saying I'm all loved up at the minute:D:D which is half the reason i've been off plan. We're both total foodies and we've been going out and just not giving a damn and i've loved every minute so 1.5lbs is an acceptable price to pay for that.
I'm going to be back on plan as of tomorrow though.
I wish i had the time to go back through all the posts but it's just so crazy at the mo i'm either working, going out or job hunting. I hope everyone's well!0 -
Well done to everyone especially Lantanna :T
Poohbear I hope it works out for you this time, it's so disheartening otherwise.
I'm an online SW member which at the moment suits me. I think the key is keeping the momentum up which is more difficult when not going to a group. I'm hopeful that this is where this thread will kick in
Today has gone well, no syns yet!
Breakfast. Dorset cereals muesli (he)
Lunch. Chicken with roasted carrots, butternut squash, onions, peppers and tomatoes
Dinner. Chicken korma from fake away with new potatoes (very yummy)
Might have some syns later but not sure what to have. I'm also not really having my dairy hes as I don't have milk in coffee and I've avoided cheese as I would be tempted to eat far more than I should:o0 -
You'll be glad to know it's now raining here and have put me cardy on
. Window is still open but have turned the fan off
.
Do you really have to eat 3 meals a day? Only had breakfast and a bag of crisps today as just not hungry. Have spag Bol on the go though. Making up for a whole tin of ambrosia (with a Freddo melted in ) last night as needed comfort foodIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
