    And have breasts?

I'm a B/C cup and many tops, I have tried on seem to suck my tits in. Go for a bigger size, and the bottom half is baggy.

:rotfl:I have the opposite problem small boobs and a big bum but found some vintage summer dresses on the carboot for 50p each, fit nicely on the top and yards of skirt to camouflage the bum.

Wow thanks to whoever posted about the Teisseire Gormet Drops, sorry cant remember who it was, got some in Asda this afternoon and have just tried the caramel one in black coffee and its lovely. Could get addicted to this, was a bit doubtful about the size for the price but you do only need a little bit.

They are lovely aren't they Meg. I've found they really help take the edge off my sweet tooth and having a flavoured coffee after tea helps me keep away from the biccies. The vanilla one is nice in plain yogurt too. As you say it's only a tiny bit you need or it has a bit of a funny taste. I'm thrilled I found out about them.

You've had a hard week shala, and that row at work didn't help. I'm sure if you went to the gym the exercise and achievement would have a feel-good factor and any toning/weightloss would be a bonus. Do you have to wait until tonight? Couldn't you just go NOW!!

Unfortunately the MIL was on her way round so I couldn't have gone at that point.. then I sat on the sofa for 3 hours arguing with myself :rotfl: and then I just got up and went! :j:j:j

Dead pleased I did it, only did 24 lengths (don't know if that's good or not) but it's a start.

I read an instagram picture that said "if it's important to you then you'll find a way to do it and if not, then you'll find excuses" and it kind of stuck with me for a bit.

Enjoy your weekend wine and thanks for the encouragement xx

Feeling a bit down because we went round some of oh friends last night and I sometimes am not sure they like me (I'm a bit quiet and socially awkward, but also admittedly a little paranoid) and my oh sweetly mentioned my weight loss twice and how I'd been doing well and they acted like he hadn't said anything (they maybe didn't hear the first time they were sortof also talking about something else between themselves) and just didn't respond so it's not so much the lack of comment on weight loss it's more backing up my fears of being disliked :-( the girl lived with us for a while too so really feel like she should count me as her friend too. Might have to actually be brave enough to ask her at some point if I've upset her. It is possible my social awkwardness can mean I say something wrong and don't realise it....

Well done on your shiney selement, :T sorry to hear about your situation above. Some people can't be pleased for other people's achievements and some people are just damn rude and wrapped up in themselves.

Your OH is obviously very proud of you for your achievement though, if he's off bragging about ya :T lovely OH!

Glad you bought it reduced, over £9 a killo is horrendous, I buy smart price gammon joint and a 69p pineapple works out about a quarter of that, all the more for my bottle of wine lol

    Bit of a funny day,food wise.All very nice,but unexpected

Late breakfast: most of a mandarin ;) ,an apple

Very late lunch/early tea:we had been out shopping/getting kids hair cut.On the home,OH suggested we go to Harvester. He never suggests anything spontaneous like that,so I took him up on it.Hard to know exactly what I had,but it included tiny amount of salad (neither the corn nor beetroot were very nice),tiny wholemeal bread roll (HEB,though I am sure it didn't weigh 60g) with scrape of marg.Main meal was steak, jacket potato (small amt of sour cream),peas cooked with no butter, tiny amt peppercorn sauce, couple of onion rings, couple of nachos with toppings, couple of mouthfuls of DD's oreo cheesecake .

Snack tonight was 2 Alpen light bars (forgot I had already had HEB,doh!)

Have had not many cups of tea with probably most of allowance of semi-skimmed milk.Have now bought skimmed milk again,so will start using that again from tomorrow.
