Listened to the results greentiger. Sounds like you put up a good fight in the second half so nothing to be ashamed of. Look forward to next season, start afresh and draw that line!!

Certainly can on website ( has syn calculator) but can't speak for the app. Hopefully someone who uses it can advise.

I can't believe i'm about to say this but I think i'm bored of eating crisps  does anyone have anything else savoury, low syn, that they snack on that they could share? The only thing I can think of is nuts..

Something my oh bought recently for a nice savoury nibble was Jacobs salt and pepper flatbreads, only 1/2 syn each and they are a decent size in my opinion

and you would be very welcome, the Chili Con Carne was a batch cook when I got a reduced pack of lean mince, theres plenty more in the freezer :rotfl:

I had success with Chilli Con Carne too, I made my last batch with 50/50
Quorn mince & Lean minced beef, without losing any flavour.

I will certainly be making this again

    Morning all :)

I've been thinking about how to gear up my weightloss - sts 2 weeks running got me down, I was so annoyed I nearly gave in and had a 27 syn pukka pie on Friday! So this week I'll only have weekend wine syns and restrict syns to about 5 a day for the rest of the week. There's 4 weeks left of the challenge and I'm determined to reach my target this time.

I didn't realise there was a SW app - is it for paying members only or can anyone use it?

Shala - if you like cheese you could use syns for a cheesy savoury treat - I enjoyed the cheese and onion on sticks that I was eating as a HEA but you could just as easily syn it.

Gettingtheresometime - welcome to the thread. :)

Greentiger - commiserations for your team, they put up a good fight and there were a couple of unfair decisions. DH and I were on their side and disappointed they didn't win.

Have a good day everyone - we've had wind and rain all night down here in the SW and I think it's heading up country so if it's not raining where you are now, it will be soon! Better weather on the way though, apparently there's going to be a heatwave soon.
