    Ninth Anniversary
A 2 lb loss for me this week which I'm very happy with. I've been struggling on certain days of the week and just wanting to eat everything in sight. Tuesdays in particular seem to be bad for me I don't know why! So I'm chuffed that I managed to lose despite me being a piggy :D

Nice little NSV for me this week too as I was shopping for holiday dresses and managed to get myself into a size smaller and still be able to breathe and move! Apparently it only takes 10 lbs to drop a dress size, but it seems to have taken me double that. Obviously I'm over the moon to be losing lbs but so pleased that the inches are coming off too.

Well done to all losers and STSers this week :T:T

    Hi everyone

I joined SW after almost 5 years on/off at WW.

Now could anyone provide me with up to date links of free syns or 1 max fruit yoghurts? I know all of the Mullerlight ones are free apart from the choc sprinkles with cherry layer and rhubarb plus another flavour.

Plus an syn calculator app for Android as SW app. doesn't have one.

Also if I am planning to have 2 foods from list B, one of those is my B food of the day and one I count the syns. Should I put the food with the highest syns as my B food?

Great to see the losses rolling in. Well done all.:T:T:T
Well done you on the evening Speed food lush. Are you off to the caravan this weekend? How many weeks to lose the 15lbs?
I think that 10 lbs for a dress size is a dodgy statistic too candy. Especially the first 10 lbs but that may be because we were wearing clothes that were too small in the first place. I know I was!
That tray bake sounds tasty denise. I think maybe with tinned tomatoes it might not be as wet as well as less tomatoey. Did you use cod?
Fingers crossed it's all straightforward and comes quickly lantanna. Hugs to your mum.
I've been very well behaved today. Went to a coffee shop and just had coffee (novel idea!;)) and then a walk along the river and then lunch. I had a prawn JP so only syns were in the Marie Rose sauce. My friend finished off with chocolate fudge cake. I had a pot of tea.:D
    EE plan for today:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shredded Wheat, HEA milk
    L: Prawn JP
D: Savoury mince, new potatoes, mixed green veg (broccoli, mange tout, peas, asparagus, courgette)
    Syns: Marie Rose sauce

I did use cod but only because it was on special offer at Morries - £5.99 Kilo. Got a nice sized piece for the 2 of us for just over £2.

There's a better traybake in the new magazine which doesn't use tinned tomatoes or passata just fresh cherry tomatoes. Think that will probablty be better.
