saverupper, I can't think of anything to put Marmite on that isn't synned or a HEB. I like Finn crisps (very hard crispbread about half the size of a Ryvita) and you can have 5 for a HEB. Or you could buy in Twiglets for a treat.

If I were you, I'd have called yesterday Green as you don't have any Speed foods in there :eek:and then you could have your evening toast as the extra HEB.

Back later to post menu as not sure what's happening lunchtime.

    Hi all

    :eek:STEP AWAY FROM THE BUFFET! ;)

Just shows how easy it is to rack up the calories with very small amounts of food.

I must have been writing my last post at the same time as you were posting the latest chart Shala, I've only just realised I'd missed it, so thanks for that and well done Beg for SOTW :T

Lantana - I'm impressed that you can remember the date you last had a pizza :rotfl: I'm not a big fan of pizza and rarely eat it even when I'm not trying to lose weight but I know for a lot of people it's a huge temptation.

Similarly, although I like Marmite I don't have it very often but I know what you mean about eating toast so you could have some Saver-upper, I'm like that with butter. If I've got some I keep looking for things to put it on so I can eat it!

Hope everyone is having a good day.

If you have purchased a pack containing "Aldi Brooklea Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt ( 175g pot )", it is 1 syn.

The benefit bars from Aldi are also a healthy extra if you have 2 of them :)

Just to update my previous post for Aldi bars as HEB:

Aldi Harvest Morn Benefit Cereal Bars, 70 Calories, Apple & Sultana (2 x 21g)

Aldi Harvest Morn Benefit Cereal Bars, 70 Calories, Chocolate & Fudge (2 x 21g)

Aldi Harvest Morn Benefit Cereal Bars, 70 Calories, Chocolate Orange (2 x 21g)

I love a buffet, its my favourite!! I'm not a big pizza fan either but to me its the worst type of fast food so when I joined SW I made a conscious decision to stay away from it. I cannot be held accountable for my actions at a buffet though :rotfl:

Don't think the Gall bladder would be at all impressed if I had one now anyway! :rotfl: A pizza or a buffet

I've instructed the mother to make me a tuna salad for my dinner, save me having to do anything or bother :rotfl: Just arrive, eat, chat and leave lol

Shala - I think that was really quite a restrained buffet dive! 5 Pringles and 10 chips!!

I'd have been on the cocktail sausages, sausage rolls and chips and dips ! Its as well I'm not there really!

I've kind of lied to sw online and said I've been back at group - wonder how long it will be before I get evicted lol

Had the Tilda Basmatic Wholegrain Rice Pouch last night with some chicken, onions and peas fried in fry light, soy sauce and Chinese 5 spice. Was tasty and just checked and its one of the free ones! Result will definitely buy again! :T Its also a Gallbladder friendly meal!

Today, they're having a buffet at work :( so i'm going to have a bit of a pick but i've also bought some cherry pepsi max, carrot sticks and quark, chicken and french fries so i can have lower calorie items to add in.

i was thinking of having 1 bit of everything that i really like and not going back for more so maybe a bit of pizza, C&O roll, sandwich.. we'll see :o i'm not sure my willpower will hold out!

I've got a buffet at work tomorrow. I said I'd bring some fruit in, but I know there'll be some irresistible samosas... Somehow I don't think I'll have a loss this week after the pizza too!
