Thank you for the chart,shala_moo :)

I have felt soooooooo full today, haven't eaten much at all.The house is very empty of fruit,so need to go shopping tomorrow. It is also empty of meat, fresh vegies, potatoes, ingredients for different meals, healthy snacks, etc :o

Breakfast: 2 eggs, baked beans,1 slice wholemeal toast (HEB) with Flora lite (1/2 syn),large serve of blueberries

Very late lunch (4pm!): bowl of red lentil and bacon soup.Very nice, but, having finished the "vat" I made last week,I am looking forward to a different flavour soup for this week

Tea(not til about 10pm!) I just fancied 1 slice wholemeal toast (syns) with Marmite and Flora lite
    1 Fruitopolis (1/2 syn)

And I have felt full ALL DAY .

What I actually fancied tonight was Marmite, rather than toast with.....Does anyone have any syn-friendly suggestions (cracker, crisp, something else, etc) that I could have had instead?.Thank you

    +1lb for me Shala!

Not sure where that came from, I think the fasting messed me up a bit. Nevermind I'm going to try and have a really good week this week and see how I go!

Have been doing quite well with the reining it back in this week although still over my 105 syns for the week so expecting a gain tomorrow (currently at about 108 syns I think - it was a guesstimate for the weekend!).

Having a Green day today as managed to buy a huge cauli at the farm shop for 59p - they're twice the size I can get from Mr Ts for 89p or £1!

B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB); small bowl of fruit
L - HM carrot & corriander soup (from freezer)
D - cauliflower cheese (HEA/HEB); SW chips; more fruit

HEA2 will be milk in tea throughout the day.
Syns: 1 for cornflour in cheese sauce

Not sure if I'll have any other syns but I could have a fruit split lolly (3) or a pink n white (2.5) if I want something. Or could have some more fruit.

lol @ the lost shoppng!! I bet it all stunk _pale_

That's pretty good going for 9 days in Vegas Lauri :T We only had 2 days there, and i've never seen such big meals!

Welcome nic_hr  there's some info on the first post if you want to have a quick look at that, ask any questions you need to.. :D

Your body is probably still in shock jock :rotfl: i'm sure it'll even itself out next week.

So i'm really missing weighing in daily  i hate that OH has hidden the scales, i feel really nervous because i don't know whats going on!

Today, they're having a buffet at work :( so i'm going to have a bit of a pick but i've also bought some cherry pepsi max, carrot sticks and quark, chicken and french fries so i can have lower calorie items to add in.

i was thinking of having 1 bit of everything that i really like and not going back for more so maybe a bit of pizza, C&O roll, sandwich.. we'll see :o i'm not sure my willpower will hold out!

    So EE for me today
    B - banana
L - buffet bits, carrot sticks, quark, chicken (will syn it later)
T - mainly speed food - BNS lasagne - bns, onion, peppers, passata, lasagne sheets, cheese sauce(3) salad, pickles

Hope everyone has a brilliant day xxx

Your probably holding onto water now etc if you have been fasting, it will even out next week! I'm sure. Also painkillers etc can make you retain water

I've heard of people putting on 7 - 10lbs the day after they have their gallbladder removed coz they pump you full of air for the operation! I won't be weighing for at least 2 weeks after it :rotfl:

Gave into a Domino's craving last night :-( it was amazing but I will probably regret it on Saturday. Guess I'm just having as few syns as possible the rest of the week!
